Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Wonderful experience at the hotel — everything was great: the location, the cleanliness, everything was perfect. However, if you’re very sensitive to noise, I recommend booking room 201, as it doesn’t have any windows facing the street. Its windows open only to the inner courtyard, which significantly reduces the noise compared to the other rooms that have windows on all sides. It will be a better choice for you, since the hotel is located near the road. Aside from that, the overall stay was amazing. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful with everything. Thank you!

It's a new hotel so everything was pretty new. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. We stayed here for 4 nights and we enjoyed every second of it. I totally recommend it.

It’s modern & clean with Balinese style . We loved it ❤️. It was a short distance out of town, close to the village, on the edge of nearby rice fields and lots of greenery. The bed was high quality and super comfortable. These rooms are like staying in a 5 star hotel, just beautiful. Great Nasi Goreng for breakfast & lovely welcoming staff. Highly recommend this boutique hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms are a generous size and the staff were so helpful. We were sick the first day and a half we arrived and they were always on hand to serve breakfast in the room or action any request we had. Language barrier was a slight obstacle but don’t let this put you off staying here. They were always available and nothing was too much trouble. Location is amazing. Within walking distance of restaurants and right beside some of the most beautiful rice paddy fields. Quiet and definitely one for the naturists!

The room was spacious, quite, very clean and spotless, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with ricefield view from our room. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the hotel’s restaurant—the breakfast menu was extensive, delicious, and well-prepared. I highly recommend this place for honeymooners or families.

Saudi Arabiaits limited facilities so far a way from the beach and the pictures on booking.com dose not represent the reality.
A brief stay less then 12 hour, but the room was reasonably clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were truly outstanding.
