The staff from the security to the maid and the restaurant was very accommodating. Housekeeping always makes my day. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Sounds from the traffic in front of the hotel will sometime seep into the room esp. when a motorcyclist decided to revv up their engine.

Beds are comfortable to sleep in, the aircon can be self adjustable, food that we get at the Atmosphere are good and the friendly staff makes the stay more enjoyable.

There were miscommunication a bit in the checkin process due to the nature of Indonesian culture always using Whatsapp for communication and assuming that my Indonesian number has Whatsapp, even though I clearly stated on earlier message via apps that I have different Whatsapp number, made me almost lose the booking but eventually we sorted it all out. Not a major issue, though.

Staff were friendly and accommodating overall, cannot complain.

The shower in the bathroom was leaking a little and the coffee cups in the room were not cleaned properly.

The room was generally clean and comfortable. The restaurant (Atmosphere) served daily local cuisine breakfast (e.g., Bali, Central Java) and had a pretty decent food selection for lunch, dinner and room service. Hotel was located within 10-mins car ride from Aeon Mall and ICE (convention centre).

I like that there are different menus of foods every breakfast it was the only time that we are able to eat some Indonesian local cuisines. The staffs are also accommodating. They always helped us to book a taxi whenever we go outside the hotel. 😊

A room should be soundproof. I have no issue at all with this hotel, except the street noises get in to the rooms. One more, the soap and shampoo in my room cannot be used. Even though I squeezed a lot, the soap liquid does not come out. Luckily I brought mine.

I like everything except the noise of night motor cars coming in and disturbing our sleep a bit. But the rest is quite okay. I love to stay here again probably if I was given a room on a high floor so as to prevent noise. Let's say room on the 8th floor.

The fridge not cold (so there was no different between inside and outside). The shower gel & shampoo didn't out smoothly when we press it. It's better to have more spacious parking area.

Everything's nice! Just when we first arrive there are strong smell of cigars in the room. But after the initial check in the smell is perfectly gone. Also the cable tv could use some more channels.

The staffs are nice, polite and helpful, the room is as good as expected, the cleaning service are really great, overall a really great experience!
