Water from the shower was not hot (neither cold). Also the place Is a bit out of the center of Sanur (15min walk)

It’s far out of Sanur in the middle of ‘ nowhere’ with nothing to do in the area and no infrastructure, only sheds nearby .. the beach is only for walking not swimming as too many waves and rocks. It’s not a touristy beach. The worst part was the traffic noise that prevented me from sleeping as the villa is open to the outside through the roof gaps which also ventilate it.. but the scooter noise did only stop for three hours from three am till six am.. that’s a general problem in Bali . But in this case, I had hoped that being in a remote location that wouldn’t be the case. Sadly, I have not yet encountered one peaceful accommodation in all of that time. Otherwise, the villa was very fine and would have been enjoyable despite the location. Some bicycle rental would have resolved that issue easily but there was none.

The room and bathroom was one of the best I stayed in during our six week Bali stay! Very new and tasteful plus extras like kettle/ teas, coffee and water. The pool seemed nice but we didn’t use it. The property seems safe as it’s behind gates and doors lock properly.

I would not recommend this hotel for couples, main reason is the location. The reason is that there are a couple of ‘bars’ or ‘restaurants’ on this road that are very creepy with a lot of young girls and older men. The area didn’t feel safe and it was one of the first times travelling Bali that we didn’t safe as a couple. That is all I will say about that but it seems that there is more going on on this road then it seems.

Room, Comfy bed, TV, lighting, water, facilities, chair, cupboard, swimming pool was awesome. Property was well maintained. Very clean. Staff was very supporting. Value for money.

Delightful little resort at the quieter end of Sanur (north end). The bungalows are a nice design with good aircon and TV; there are gaps which allow mosquitos to get in, but plug-in insect deterents are fitted and the staff gave us a can of insect spray as an extra precaution so it wasn't a problem. The location is several km away from the main Sanur area, but it's an easy walk along a path running along the coast (or use Grab if you prefer). We actually enjoyed being slightly remote from the main tourist area while still being able to access it easily when we wanted. (There's a great riverside restaurant a 10 minute walk away - Margot restaurant - with a wide range of meal choices, very reasonably priced). What really made it great, though, was the staff. They were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made it a real pleasure being a guest here. I'd have given a score of 10 but for two considerations: 1) I was looking forward to using the pool but the water looked a little murky as if it didn't have the right chemical treatment - it was probably fine, but I didn't see anyone else using the pool either... 2) The soundproofing wasn't the best - our bungalow was the one nearest the road, which was surprisingly busy at all hours for what looks like a small lane Both minor issues - thoroughly recommend this resort as an accommodation choice particularly given the excellent value for money.

Is located in a developing area so will need transport to reach. We stayed overnight before boat trip, so this wasn't a problem, just needed to allow enough time due to Bali traffic.

The second room we booked wasn’t as clean as the villa.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a great location to get the boat across to Gili islands. The villa we had was clean and quiet.

I understand that the property is currently under renovation, so some facilities are not available for guests. The owner explained that the renovation process has been delayed due to weather conditions. During construction hours, it can be difficult to feel private and relaxed while swimming during the day. Additionally, there are not many cafes or restaurants within walking distance; there is only one option about a 10-minute walk away. However, you can use Grab or Gojek, or order food online for delivery.

This place has recently been renovated. My room is very new and clean, and I enjoyed having coffee in the morning with an ocean view from my accommodation. It is also quiet at night. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful.

When we came, we used wifi okay for a few hours, then we went for a walk and back to the hotel in 1 hour, there is no more wifi. Staffs at that time dont speak English. Also, 4:30AM I woke up and went to toilet, there is no water. Few hours later water comes but no hot water. The rest of the stay, no wifi at all. @.@

The hotel is charming but a little far from everything (but 15 minutes walk from the port). The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. From the terrace you have a very nice view. The team is very kind and accommodating (I was able to leave my bag during the day of the excursion at the reception)
