Tiap skor ulasan adalah antara 1–10. Untuk mendapatkan skor keseluruhan yang Anda lihat, kami menjumlahkan semua skor ulasan yang kami terima dan membagi totalnya dengan jumlah ulasan yang kami terima. Selain itu, tamu dapat memberikan 'subskor' terpisah di bagian penting, seperti lokasi, kebersihan, staf, kenyamanan, fasilitas, kesepadanan harga, dan WiFi gratis. Perhatikan bahwa tamu mengirimkan subskor dan skor keseluruhan mereka secara terpisah, jadi tidak ada hubungan langsung di antara keduanya.
Anda dapat memberikan ulasan ke Akomodasi yang Anda pesan melalui Platform kami jika Anda menginap di sana atau jika Anda tiba di akomodasi tetapi tidak menginap di sana. Untuk mengubah ulasan yang telah Anda kirimkan, harap hubungi tim Customer Service kami.

- Kata-kata umpatan, referensi seksual, ujaran kebencian, komentar diskriminatif, ancaman, atau referensi kekerasan
- Spam dan konten palsu
- Kekejaman terhadap hewan
- Peniruan identitas (misalnya jika penulis mengaku sebagai orang lain)
- Pelanggaran apa pun terhadap pedoman ulasan kami.
Untuk memastikan ulasan tetap relevan, kami hanya dapat menerima ulasan yang dikirimkan dalam waktu 3 bulan setelah check-out, dan kami dapat berhenti menampilkan ulasan yang berusia 36 bulan ke atas – atau jika Akomodasi memiliki perubahan kepemilikan.

Komentar dan media yang berisi 'kalimat kebencian', pernyataan diskriminatif, ancaman, pernyataan eksplisit secara seksual, kekerasan, dan promosi kegiatan ilegal tidak diizinkan.
Semua konten harus asli dan unik untuk tamu. Ulasan paling berharga ketika mereka asli dan tidak bias. Kontribusi Anda harus menjadi milik Anda. Mitra akomodasi Booking.com tidak bisa memposting atas nama tamu atau menawarkan insentif untuk pertukaran ulasan.
