Located conveniently near the train station and 23 Paskal Mall, which has a Huge outdoor food court for every taste. We walked there for dinner, very convenient. The bedrooms were quiet, despite being on a main street. Not much traffic noises made it up to the upper floors. The rooms were cozy, well appointed and clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive with multiple cuisines represented and taste delicious. The staff were professional. Complimentary valet parking was a plus.

It was a very noisy room.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpfull. We had a window that wouldn't close and they fixed it right away. We also booked a room with 2 single beds instead of 1 double on accident which was changed free of charge. Gerry gave us advice as to how and where we should go to experience Bandung.

the variety of food and taste were below average for a chain hotel. if you’re looking for a cozy breakfast and good coffees, this is not the place.

the staffs were helpful. easy booking, check in and check out. the room is nice and well cleaned. its design makes it comfortable to move around even with children.

Just a little suggestion, as a coffee lover it wud be better to improve the taste of your coffee beans opt by choosing the right ones.

All perfect, cleanliness, hospitality and the food esp the seblak for breakfast. Hotel should be thankful to have very kind staffs.

Super clean - compared to other even 4-star hotels, there was no mold, was nice and dry. Breakfast real tasty and various with nic view. To spacious and reasonably quiet. (Unless some other room has a party in the hall)

Room have somewhat poor insulation, though not facing the streets, you could hear the traffic and sirens quite clearly during the night. But not too terrible. Overall good experience.

Great rooms, super clean, newly renovated, modern design, spacious enough for 2 pax and everything was great. Breakfast spread is also superb with good selection and nice views at the top of the hotel. Hotel is easily accessible, walkable from train station as we did so. Recommended.

Great location in the center of Bandung. Breakfast has so many options. The room is clean and comfortable.

Room 203 is in the corner of building and in front of emergency door. The view is not good, feel like 'look at others building back'. When it rainy day, the water can slightly enter the room through a little space surrounding the window. I think the window needs some spoiler.

The location is very good for culinary and Bandung iconic. The room is spacious enough, clean and fit for family.

The windows are not soundproof, so depending on the room location, there may be some noise coming in, especially the calling from the nearby mosque. Not all the staff at the reception speak English.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has been recently renovated, and I found it very clean and comfy. Everything was new. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I liked the breakfast a lot, there was enough variety and everything was delicious. Good location.

Less privacy. Toilet and shower are separated which is good. However both cant be locked and only separated with blurred glass divider.
