Unfortunately, they need to take care of the cleanliness :) I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and asked for the room cleaning service on my 2nd day and the bed sheet was not changed. I aware of it because there was one dirty spot and i saw it again after my room got cleaned. Also, at the restaurants, you can find some dirty spots on some of their glasses and plates.

The view! I booked deluxe hollywood and got the pool + mountain view! All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast food are varies and delicious.

pool attendant, restaurant waitress, the house keeping, all very welcome and accommodating. Premiere room location also bit private so we can do swimming comfortably and get morning and afternoon tea. Activities for children are a lot! Buffalo, rice field and horse are amazing!

This is my third time staying at Santika Garut, and each time I’ve tried a different room. Out of all, the room with a balcony and mountain view was by far the most satisfying. In contrast, both the family room and the superior room—which I stayed in most recently—were disappointing. The bathroom was the worst part: it had an unpleasant smell, and both bottles were labeled “shampoo,” which was confusing. As for the breakfast, I wouldn’t recommend it during peak seasons. I arrived at the restaurant around 9 AM, and most of the food was already gone and looked unappetizing. There were even some flies around, and oddly enough, the staff were focused on cleaning an area that didn’t appear dirty—seemingly ignoring parts that actually needed attention.

The chair in the room looked like a chair usually used in banquet. The other room has a different chair. There was some ants around the table. Location is quiet far from the city.

Room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a warm water pool and a small gym. Plenty of amenities. Breakfast have a lot of varieties, with some local food.

Absolutely hated that the focus on making the kids have fun in the pool was all they cared about. I know it’s important they enjoy their holiday but the other guests had no consideration at all. From early in the morning the music (kids nursery rhymes) was blared in the centre courtyard at an absolutely obnoxious volume. And who really wants transformer characters roam through the dining room? To make matters worse the hallway of rooms 246 and 247 smelled of sewage. When I mentioned this of course the staff were very apologetic but ultimately did nothing at all to help.
