Great location (right beside the mall and walkable to Bogor Botanic Gardens) and friendly staff. Managed to request for late check-out. Spacious rooms and clean. Nice reading corner.

There was a smell coming coming from outside to the hallways of the hotel near the lifts. Perhaps they need to block air coming from outside.

We got a free upgrade to the suite as we arrived very late. Staff was nice and love the access to the mall.

we love the location in the central part of Bogor, and easily accessed from some city icons. Its attachment to a big mall makes it easy to get some food, groceries and everything. The staff is nice and helpful.

The room is not brightly lit.. I'm not complaining much but as you age like a fine wine, we need more light to see around..😆 , the tv/remote intermittently off and on ..yes we call for hotel help, it was done, but the next day the tv couldn't be on back 😅.

The provided breakfast is very nice, but we had it better in our previous stay at this hotel a few years ago. Now some of the audience ruins the experience by making a lot of noise while others want to enjoy their quiet breakfast. Please bear in mind, this is outside the staff control, but the hotel management can do better by urging their customers to be more considerate to others. The interior of the room also needs revamping. The room is spacious, but they can appear aging and tired, especially the bathroom. There are only 2 lifts, and their capacity is too limited. being only a maximum of 600Kg Max. A few times the "too heavy" alarm went off, leaving some people embarrassed.

The staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. The direct connection to the mall is also good, though there are now much better shopping mall in Bogor. It's proximity to the botanical garden and town centre is also a plus point.

Waiting time and capacity of the elevator's specially during breakfast hours. They are a bit small with limited capacity for hotel of this category.

We enjoyed our stay at Santika. It is our favorite hotel in Bogor. The hotel is located next to a large mall with a food-court at the top floor with plenty restaurants / places to eat. The botanical gardens are within walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast which is great with a broad selection of Asian and European food. The pool is nice. Rooms are comfortable, good beds and AC is working well.

The bed near to shower so you can hear loud sound how the shower ran. The reception act little bit cold ,not friendly! You have to start the conversation first instead the other way around!!!! Maybe just Indonesian management style!

The hotel attached to the mall and near to botanical garden , kfc and bus station which is convenient from the airport cgk with Damri bus.
