The hotel location is a walking distance from the ferry terminal (about 7-10 minutes). Smooth check in, staffs are polite. The atmosphere near the lift lobby and throughout the walkway towards my hotel room on the 10th floor smells pleasant. I'm glad that my request for non smoking room and higher floor was accommodated. Room is clean, aircond is working well, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Wide menus of breakfast spread. Will definitely come back again to HS for my next trip to Batam!

SingaporeA bit bland. Abandoned building close next door meant unpleasant view from our window and the pool. New building works immediately behind means the park-like view depicted in the photos on booking.com does not exist. Also the work and subsequent noise started early both days of the weekend.
Super clean, BUT the bathroom strangely smelt of cigarette smoke on the second day. Is there a way it's filtering in from another toilet and a sneaky smoker? Breakfast good local food, western limited. Great views from the restaurant.

Great hotel to stay in as it is walking distance to the Batam Centre ferry terminal and the Megamall. The reception staff, Artha was great and pleasant. The staff are friendly and really like how the doorman dressed in local traditional costume. Room was just nice and large windows make the view even nicer. The water heater is also good. Rather consistent temperature. Pillows though was too soft. Breakfast was also minimal but still okay.
