While breakfast offered good choices the coffee was a disappointment.

The open plan design is very attractive giving it a spacious airy feel. Well located opposite an excellent supermarket, easy transport options, good breakfast and very friendly helpful staff.

The old style. Dont mind with the old style architecture, but it seems not well-maintain. The bathroom door cant be locked nicely. Also less place to charge

It is an old building. I can tell from the bathroom, but it is clean so it is alright. Nothing serious to complain. Love it!

I love the location and the staff. The location is very good that restaurants were only few steps away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room service came only 2 minutes after the call. I like the tile floor for the hygienic reason. The breakfast was not splendid but okay. The dining room was convenient that my family and I can have chat after breakfast.

Eventhough breakfast in each day there are both inter and local , they are quite not different.

Breakfast has many choices , both traditional and international. The room is big and clean. Parking is convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Provide 4 bottles of water for complemantary is good.

The hotel's lighting could be improved. The interior feels a bit gloomy, giving it an old hotel vibe. However, the bedrooms were fine with sufficient lighting. Another thing is that the hotel may want to consider cleaning the outside of the window glass, as it was stained with bird droppings.

I enjoyed my stay at Santika Hotel. My room was surprisingly spacious, even including a living room, which was a great deal for the price I paid. The room was located far at the end of the hall, but it wasn’t a big issue. The breakfast was good, offering many options with great taste. I had to pay for an extra breakfast for my daughter, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Plus, right across the street from the hotel, there's a shopping center with a food court offering tasty meals at reasonable prices.

The building needs some care. Easy maintenance like cleaning and painting the wall. Such a beautiful building but it's unloved.

The staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service at the reception and the restaurant.

The toilet can be slightly cleaner. The space below the sink was not cleaned properly.

The ambience is nice and it is clean. Breakfast buffet was really good. A lot of choices.

The room we had was at the front of the building so there was constant road noise. While it wasn't too much of an issue I think it's worth mentioning as other people may find it an issue. The only other minor issue is the hotel information showed laundry as 40,000 but the desk said it was 50,000 and that the info is wrong. Why is it still showing as 40 if it is wrong.

The breakfast was amazing, very good variety. My son is a fussy eater but he had no problem selecting something to eat here. Staff were friendly and helpful. While it is a little dated I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Overall we are very happy with staying at this hotel.
