The service was outstanding throughout our visit. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. One of the most memorable moments was when they surprised my partner with a beautifully presented birthday cake. It was such a heartfelt gesture that made the celebration extra special and truly reflected the team’s dedication to creating memorable experiences for their guests. The lunch and dinner menu could be improved - but eat out most days so not that big a deal

Everything was what we wanted meals were amazing staff were incredible and beyond helpful even for people who are on holidays without functioning brains.

This joint is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle giving fatties like me a good reason to walk whilst on holidays and get my steps up. Right next door though is the best and coolest multi story Arabic restaurant which is open till 3. And for those who have a little penchant for western world coffee with all the oat milk etc Starbucks is within cooee as is KFC if you are so insane ... and just to top it off there is some great shopping and a doggie daycare... all within 100m.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. The private villa was amazing — spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, with a team that was always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. What truly touched us was what happened on our checkout day: our flight was suddenly cancelled and delayed by a full day. The hotel was fully booked, but the managers stayed with us at the reception, doing everything they could to help and reduce our stress. They contacted nearby hotels, found us a good room at a good rate, and even assigned their driver to take us there and wait patiently until we completed the check-in. Their kindness, professionalism, and support went far beyond what we expected. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us — thank you for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and heartwarming experience. Highly recommended!

The wifi could have been better. The reception was aweful. Had it been a work trip, it would have been a challenge. Fortunately the trip was a leisure one, so mobile data was enough. Thats the only reason for a 9 otherwise it would have been a perfect 10.

The staff are really great and helpful. The USP of the stay was the friendly staff. Always there to help you out.

EVERYTHING!!! The room is spacious and looks even better in real life. Excellent service and staff (special shoutout to Dewi from the restaurant). I traveled with my mom and she was so happy that we stayed in this villa. I will definitely comeback.

The only downside was the limited food variety. While the quality was okay, a wider menu would definitely elevate the overall experience also the body wash and shampoo provided were underwhelming and didn’t match the otherwise rich and luxurious interiors, room decor, and private pool experience.

The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and breakfast served in-villa each morning was a lovely touch. Tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to restaurants and shops, it’s the perfect mix of luxury and convenience. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The room is as breathtaking in the photos as it was in real life. Just dreamy, secluded, quiet, relaxing. The staff was so nice. They made the day special for my birthday with the flower greeting. It was just heavenly. Easy access to beaches, taxis, and the airport.

The bedroom isn’t soundproof I can hear the bikes through and all the outside noises during the night

The staff are amazing friendly and kind and so helpful during my stay honestly I regret not staying a lot longer , location is amazing nearby good restaurants.
