United StatesBecause the resort is tucked way, way, away from the main street, having to be golf carted from the location to a designated drop off spot whenever we wanted to go somewhere was a lot. However, it definitely wasn't enough of an issue to make us not want to get out and explore Ubud, which we absolutely did a lot of.
The villas were amazing, the grounds were lush and beautiful, the ambiance was peaceful, and EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing!

Since the rice field view villa which we booked was unavailable they upgraded us to Villa pool with an amazing rice field view. We extended our stay for 2 more days though we initially booked for 3 days. The staff is very accommodating and the service is just a message away. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Ubud again.

PhilippinesWe were staying across the rice fields and at one point someone climbed the coconut tree in front of our villa. (To take out the falling palm and to get coconut I guess) A little warning from the establishment would be great to let their guests know of this possibility to avoid any privacy concerns. But it’s all so private so don’t worry.
Everything was exceptional! Especially the staff who were always so kind and jolly. It’s private enough and they have cctv cameras facing the road and rice fields for protection :)

United KingdomThe last day of our stay, I think there was a communication breakdown. Normally breakfast order comes within 15mins. We were not told our breakfast order was gonna be late and we waited for an hour and wished they had told us about the delay as we had taxi booked for our checkout. We ended up eating at the restaurant which was fine but it was a such a rush.
We love the villa that we were in. The room is so spacious and they even prepared a bath for our baby moon. They have mosquito coils burnt every day which was a plus. The bed was comfy too. It’s not far from central Ubud, they also provide shuttle service to Ubud. The staff is very friendly, the WhatsApp service to speak to front desk is superb and so convenient. It’s so easy to order food and book massages and spa. I had one of the best Balinese massages at the spa. Because I am pregnant they even cater to my needs and was really nice and applied the right pressure. They have different breakfast options daily and also gave us a take away box as we had to leave early for a tour one day.

It was absolutely beautiful, so relaxing and the private pool with the view was stunning, the massage packages were so good and they over a service to put coils down to keep the mozzies away which was good, pretty close to activities as well and the food there was amazing.

ThailandThe food at breakfast was a bit underwhelming e.g. what was described as apple bircher muesli was not bircher muesli but just a regular bowl of cereal with milk, the bread was the plastic sliced white variety, and the coffee was quite weak filter press coffee rather than espresso. There also wasn't much choice for vegetarians at the restaurant.
Spacious room with a lovely pool, comfy daybed and sunloungers in a little garden. The spa was also very nice, and all the staff were very friendly.
