Really tranquil little place not too far from the airport. I only had a short stay but would definitely come again. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the courtyard was really lovely. Staff were very friendly and helped with airport transfers.

Such a great little family run hotel! The garden and pool are super cute and perfect for cooling off. The hosts are really attentive and make sure you have everything you need. Felt very welcoming and comfortable the whole stay.

It was my second time at Samblung Mas House. Perfect location to/from the airport, under a 15 minute drive away. Very clean throughout, great facilities, very stylish, plenty of complimentary water is available. You can use the fridge in the kitchen. Great pool to cool off. Alfamaret, warungs and temple nearby.

Ketut and his team are very welcoming and helpful at all times. The staff is no nice. The property is very tidy and clean. The pool is very relaxing. The property is very well located in Kuta, close to the main touristic areas and the airport. Possibility of renting a scooter close by too. Overall we had an amazing stay.

We loved the vibe of this place, every apartment have a little terrace were you can have breakfast (also good) and the swimming pool area was clean and beautiful. We just stayed for one night and they waited for us because the flight was arriving at night. We highly recommend it!

Nice little room, everything clean and comfortable. Perfect for your first our last night in Bali. Close to the airport. Area is not touristy, don't expect restaurants or cafes. But you have everything you need in walking distance (supermarket, warungs) Ketut and his staff are all very helpful and friendly!

Thank you very much for making it possible and easy for me to check in at 2.00 a.m. This was my 2nd time at Samblung Mas House. I have already booked 2 more stays. The location is perfect for late arrivals and early departures to/from Denpasar, just under 10 mins away from the terminal. Lovely, clean, fully equippped guesthouse. I'll be back soon!

The only thing I didn't like is that Sembling Mas isn't in a touristy area; but they are very clear about this. When I arrived, I just wanted to go out for a coffee or some food to a western-style place, but that wasn't possible by walking. So instead I ordered food via Grab and ate on my verandah, which was absolutely fine.

Semblung Mas is a quiet oasis in the middle of Denpasar. The owner or staff will pick you up from the airport for a reasonable fee, which is much nicer than trying to navigate the many people asking you if you want a taxi and trying to negotiate when you're tired. The homestay itself is beautiful, with each room having a private verandah and shady place to sit. The fountain and gardens are peaceful, and it's great to have a little pool to cool off in. The owner let me stay later in the afternoon when I had a late flight. And the breakfast isn't huge but is a great touch, as is the thermos of hot water for coffee or tea. Having a fridge to pop your leftovers into is also fantastic. All in all, this is a really nice place to use as a base near the airport for a reasonable price.

Really comfortable stay, super close to the airport. It is in a beautiful property hidden away in a local area with amazing food options. It is very easy to get to the beach and other more touristic areas, while being away from the hustle of those areas. Ketut is a great host. He is very friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. I have stayed here a few times, including my first few nights in Bali. It is quiet and peaceful, and the staff is truly helpful, helping me with motorbike rental and guiding me through the area, to the point of driving their motorbike with me to show me a few spots. Highly recommended, and I will likely stay there again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!
