The villa's decor wasn't as it looked like on the website which was what attracted us in the 1st place also the ensuite shower head needed to be extended and wet area's silicon needs to be redone to more professional standard,kitchen drawers were sticking and our water bottle in the cooler ran out twice which was inconvenient as it should have been checked daily.

The Staff were excellent and very attentive and friendly.

Taps in the bathroom were clogging and would make noise while unclogging. Water pressure in the shower is also not great but manageable. Hair dryer is very weak.

Property was beautiful.. the layout and the private pool was amazing! Staff were really nice too. Such a lovely and secure place. Very quiet too which was great.

Initially lot of mosquito's but after spray and mosquito coils spread around was ok. No mosquito's in bedroom. A little scooter noise from back lane but noise stops overnight.

Wonderful 3br villa #10. There are other 3br, all a little different. We liked ours as closest to back laneway exit. Well equipped, well kept and quality finishes. Spacious rooms, bathrooms and living area, main br with fan as well as a/c. Good tv channels, Netflix, Prime etc. Most comfortable pillow-top bed and pillows. Seriously comfortable bed. Other rooms have no ceiling fan so grab the main room if like us you like to sleep without a/c. Good a/c. Pool 10m X 2.5 m and maybe 1.3-1.4m deep. Good kitchen. Rear lane leads to Legian Rd, you don't have to walk long way around. Laneway comes out where Police Depot is about 2 minutes walk. 1km walk to Bintang Supermarket. Fyi 2 br villas looked great and pool practically as big. Just a little less garden space.

Previous tenants left late which meant we could not check in around check in but staff did best to clean quickly .

Rooms were spacious. Outdoor area was good, pool was in sun and surrounds good and pool nice temp. Alot of villa pools are cold, but this was good. t is about 20 min walk to beach bars but 10 mins to shops . Liked the location.

Villa located not too far from restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff are so welcoming and happy to help in anyway they can and you get a nice refreshing welcome drink when you get to your beautiful villa.

When it rained it come in a little and needed a mop to wipe the tiles. Otherwise everything else was perfect
