No hot water when you shower. Communication between an English speaking person and the staff is difficult.

Services was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good They cleaned the rooms every day and even take your breakfast to the room, if you requested it.

Location was not the most convenient. But putting it aside, I have some suggestions. - may better to update reception call number on any brochures on the room - may better to consider to prepare any plate/bowel and tea spoon for the room which has kitchen - need trash bin in a room. Not only toilet disposal bin. - need refills in bath shampoos & shower gel - better not to disturb guest at early morning for your room cleaning Sorry to listed such minor points.. we just hope your upgrade to be better quality villas.

Large room, great people, nice bar & staff with pretty pool. As many mentioned, I also e joyed great breakfast with its variety and taste. We stayed 3 nights but we could not enjoy different menus at every morning.

Location is terrible, rooms are not very pleasant, breakfast is poor. Note for families with kids: pool view could be too noisy in the evenings + plenty of mosquitoes + frogs noise + mosquitoes

The Location was not good, because you need a scooter to get to shops, restaurants, bars or beach.

The location. Restaurants/ good warungs have to be reached by car or taxi. The road outside the resort is terrible. The food was mediocre. The neighbours kid has mental issues and sometimes enters the property when security staff is away. My advice is to lock your doors when away so he can't enter your room and take stuff.

Amazing resort! It looks like a dream. Everything is well maintained. The pool is the highlight. The rooms are amazing. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures.

It is difficult to reach and there is not much around. Sometimes other guests made noises during the night (slamming doors etc). If you are sensitive for strong scents it might not be your place.

The pool and the staff is execptional. It is clean. You can order drinks at the pool and the restaurant was okay (maybe vegan options could be improved, also no plant-based milks).

Location. Too isolated. Not close to shops, cafes, massages etc and not easy to get transport.

The location isn't great because is a bit hidden from anything else, plus the road doesn't help to access there. The cleaning needs to be much better, providing just a towel for the entire 5 or 6 days of stay wasn't great. Also the bedsheets have some stains which is not nice. Shame that with 3 floors there's no lift.

The pool is nice. Quite standard, nice to spend the afternoon. Staff was good, kind, attentive. The room in general was fine.
