The little things were not done well. The staff couldn’t find the keys to our villa so we had to move and then the aircon control batteries were dead which we only found out when we wanted to switch it off to sleep. Small things I admit but easy to monitor

It's not the most private. But remember how affordable it is. Totally worth it

First I loved how affordable it was. I only needed a place to sleep, and the room was comfortable, clean with everything I needed (Fridge, working AC, hot water shower). The to my surprise, when I got there, I saw what a great location it was, near by the center and some of my favorite restaurant in Ubud.

Lots of mosquitos as villas are not sealed so need to spray the room regularly. Its down a small alley where the cars cannot go so need to walk from the drop off point. Not a problem for bikes.

Great location away from the traffic. Short walk to many great restaurants and coffee shops (Alchemy is the best!). Quiet and peaceful place. Woden villas that have their charm and outdoor shower. Simple and good value for money.

For this great price, if you complain, you have a problem.

The floors were extremely slippery when wet (which was a lot with the rain). The paths to the room were also extremely slippery, being quite polished concrete with some algae growth. On the whole the place didn't feel especially clean, with the pillows and bedding a little musty and mildew.

Just keep in mind this location is not fully accessible by car.

Its a very green and beautiful setup with lovely traditional cabins/joglo’s. Staff was very helpfull and they have a small coffee cafe in front. Walkable distance to different restaurants and small supermarkets.

The cleanliness could have been slightly better

The Villa was breathtakingly stunning and the pool was gorgeous. We loved the Balinese style decor and the outdoor showers were special. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and a bonus was having a cafe with tasty coffee and drinks on site! Such a great location too close walk to lots of cafes, bars restaurants but down a quiet lane with no car access.

WiFi is not strong in the rooms. Place is a bit old. The landscaping is nice but needs better maintenance. Breakfast can have more varieties.

The greenery in the resort. Rooms are big. Staff is friendly and nice. Location is away from the main road so we have peace and quiet. With no big luggage, it was ok to walk the short path from the main road to the resort.

Sadly we lost water supply (to taps, shower, toilet) on the last night/check out morning. They weren’t able to fix it.

Great location in Ubud. For breakfasts they accommodated for our dietary requirements. There are a few villas in this resort but they are separated by gardens, making each one very private. Was great having the pool. We were pleasantly surprised returning to our room having had cleaning service, and the air conditioning turned on already for us after a long hot day in the sun.

One night because of the heavy rainfall earlier that day i had a little bug attack at night. But they were harmless

I like that it was airconditioned and clean however the shower was a little mouldy but i suppose it’s not uncommon as it was an outdoor shower.

We took the 2bedrooms with private pool, we had a kitchen so we could cook our own meals, watched YouTube in the TV and spend family time together. The street where the hotel is, it’s full of nice western restaurants and local warungs. It’s just 15 minutes away from downtown walking distance, or just 10 by car. We even had fireflies in the garden.

So many mosquitos at night in room. Bathroom door wouldn't close so that's why the mosquitos were an issue. Bedding could have been slightly more clean.

The sheets and Towels were stained and marked. They smelt fresh but just looked dirty. Mattress was not very comfortable.

The street the villa in was great plenty of places to eat, laundry and buy supplies. It was a short walk to town for shopping and markets etc The pool was beautiful, breakfast options were yummy and super adorable.

The family house has no cooking facilities. Only one Wok pan and a pot. The accommodation offers breakfast. The coffee is not good and the food is very ordinary. The choice is the same every day - pancakes, toast and omelette. After a few days you don't want to eat it anymore. For a good lunch or dinner, you should definitely visit the restaurant across the river, where you will have a great meal.

The villa we were in had some maintenance issues that the staff were trying to resolve as soon as they arose, so hopefully, all will be fixed before the next guests.

The property was very nice and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great location as we always stay in this area. Very quiet with beautiful gardens. Private pool was great also.

The air conditioner in my room had some slight cooling issues in the daytime, an easy fix! Perfect otherwise.

Impressive value for money, perfect atmosphere to rest and relax before/after a long day of exploring in Bali. Spacious room, luxurious open air shower, free pool access, what more could you ask for? The surrounding lush greenery, relaxed vibes and lighthearted people all around truly capped off my stay perfectly.
