Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaStayed here overnight after doing a late Borobudur tour and then saw the sunrise the next morning. Hosts are lovely. It's about 40 mins from the temple by foot. The room was comfortable and had a private bathroom that was clean and spacious. No AC, but there was a stand fan, and it was cool enough that it was still quite comfortable.

PhilippinesFYI there was no wifi in the room I booked cause it's a bit far away from the cafe.
Staffs and local people in this area are very honest and generous. Be sure to try Saka café's mei goreng. You get free fruits when you walk around the village and Rik Rok souvenirs(100 feet away) even offered to lend me their bike for free. Ema at the reception is also very sweet.

South AfricaThe wifi took long to connect and when it did it didn't end up working so I had to go to a cafe to connect to wifi. Other than that it was a comfortable stay
The staff were friendly and really did try to help when we needed it. The room was clean and comfortable with bathroom facilities. Location was good as well, not in a busy area but close enough to where we needed to be. We were late with check out and the staff were very understanding.
