1. The bathroom floor was very slippery. Our kid fell twice while taking shower. It was very dangerous for small kids and elders. 2. Imho, it would be best if they can improve the taste for breakfast. All the food ingredients already had good qualities, but most of them were bland. 3. The hot water pool was too small. Since it was the highlight of this hotel, people were aiming this pool. So it was very crowded.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious room, also friendly staff. What I like the most was when you entered the lobby, it was sparkling clean and had a very nice fragrant. The facilities were great, and thoughtful. It was a perfect place for the whole family.

There is not much to do in the neighborhood. Although the hotel is well positioned to explore the rural areas south of Bandung

The breakfast buffet is amazing and was included in the price of our room. The hotel has it all: swimming, fitness, massage etc. Rooms were clean and personnel very attentive with tips on what to do around the area

the whirpool is too small so it gets crowded with lots of people looking for hot water. the bed is kinda too stiff

I think the pool needs to be cleaned.

The room is comfortable with good view, I can see the rice field and mountain from my window. The breakfast is outstanding. They have so many options, from local food to western and surprisingly they have so many choices of bread and pastry. It's really worth the price. I called the reception to ask for a knife, we wanted to cut our mango. Instead of lending us a knife, they offered to pick up our fruit, cut and deliver it. How pleasant!

The lunch room was dark, a contrast to outdoor breakfast area.

We stayed at executive floor, we had swings in the terrace, it was fun. The room was spacious, and very well kept. Food was good, lots of variety at breakfast.

Location. Outside the hotel not much places to visit for holiday. Bandung is far away, takes long with traffic.

Hotel is equipped with many entertainment for kids. We didnt need to go outside for kids to enjoy holidays

I am aware that i only stay for 1 night, i asked many times the next morning at 9:00am to clean my room (my checkout time was on 12:00pm)... But the housekeeping never came to clean, . Maybe it's because of the tight timing between my checkout. However, if a guest asked to clean the room, just do it, which they don't, just ask for xtra charge if the wasting of soap and cost you concern the most.

We were staying in one of the villa apparently there was an event which created so much noises until late night and started again in early morning. The staff didn't inform us about the event.

It's a nice place for short gateways with young kids, the mini zoo was a treat also the water play. Both my kids enjoyed them very much.

The room that I’ve book( villa) doesn’t has any view. Situated beside the main hall. Accidentally, the hall was book for an event the next day. So, late at night, very noisy since they are preparing for the event
