IndonesiaIt is said family room but only sofa for 2 ppl and one chair available, no table infront of sofa. Its better more seats and short table. Balcony is good but covered by working desk. Its better move to below the TV The space of room is quite ok but seems not in effective arrangement for a family with visitors. Maybe Push bed a bit to left; give more space at sofa n balcony for family hang out.. No hanger for clothes in the bathroom. They didnt give two cards for us; thus two persons must be together all time, while guests might hv different occations.

IndonesiaBreakfast should be more varied, and some of the food I ate was a bit too salty, the hotel parking lot was also too narrow and there was no one to help me park the vehicle when I wanted to park in the basement, for mineral water in the room it would also be better to provide bottled drinking water, instead of having to refill it via a dispenser outside the room
The location is strategic and not noisy, the staff is very friendly and always helps whenever I ask for help, the distance between the hotel and the event location is also not far, the breakfast is also quite delicious, especially the fried noodles and fried vermicelli

IndonesiaI couldn’t use the wifi (network issue), one of the elevators did not work so we needed to use emergency stairs, the maintenance of the room was poor, lots of stain and water leak spots, not so comfortable for the whole family to stay, only they have quite a nice and large pool and kids area that my children could experience.
the location is okay, not too far from local stores.
