The attention by some of the staff could have been better. Mostly it was top notch but things like collecting left overs from room service took days. Likewise glasses and beer bottles around the pool. However it wasn’t a big issue.

The location was very remote which we loved. It is not for everyone but suited us to be away from the hustle and bustle. One of the staff, Putu, took us for a tour of the neighbourhood. It was so interesting. The nearby water temple is a hidden gem. We were able to hire a driver for the day who took us around to a lot of places of interest. The resort wasn’t huge and so it was nice and quiet around the pool. The spa was beautiful too.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing and the food was delicious. The location is great, just a bit of a drive to see major attractions around Bali. For relaxing family holiday though it was perfect.

There were gates on our stairs to make safe for toddlers which were a touch although the latches weren’t practical as they went into the floor and were tricky to use.

A hidden gem tucked away in the hills surrounded by lush nature. The staff were exceptional, so kind and caring always aiming to please. Fantastic food. Stunning buildings and grounds, well built and meticulously looked after. The spa was a treat. Lots of lovely little perks like complimentary bikes, scooters, golf carts and activities. Awesome place for children including a play pen and fish pond. Honestly, this place is a dream.

EVERYTHING. I travel a lot and by far, this is the best place I have every been. The Villa was exceptional, the staff treated us like family, and the food was 5 star.

The western food is not up to standard but the local food is okay. We were there for four nites, we can't keep having local food, right. The villa itself needs maintenance. The bedroom door is noisy and the bath room shower cubicle needs repair.

The breakfast was great. All the hosts were amazing, they were all very warm.

Location is really very remote and taxis provided by the resorts are very expensive. Hence, consider it for relaxation and not for sightseeing.

Really loved staying here. Property is well managed with a restaurant and well good staffs. Their restaurant serves mouth-watering dishes. They also arranged a cleansing ceremony in a local temple. The overall experience was amazing.

The only 2 things are the lights in the bathrooms. Very dim lighting for our room. The room downstairs had more natural light though. Also, as lovely as it looks, the windows to the bathroom from the bedroom cannot be closed properly as they are made from wooden slats. So anyone in the bedroom can hear everything in the bathroom. One should be aware of this ;) and no Grab available as it is far from everything

We had the 3 room villa. It was lovely, close to the jungle and rice fields. The rooms were spacious and clean and everything was provided in very good quality. The kitchen was also equipped with everything you might need. The pool was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Putu for showing us around and giving us so much information. Breakfast was really good and dinner also.

In house scooters availability for free limited, then booking and pay was excellent. The villas were fantastic, and the staff were always offering options for activities.

The shower head is not powerful, but it is non for profit organisation. So makes sense.

Child gate at the top & bottom of the stairs made our holiday stress free. Room service to the room was great. The village was clean & quiet. So many perks staying eg. free scooter hire for 2 hours, dance class & turtles . Definitely family friendly

Somehow aging bathroom, need a refresh,

Nice resort with large pool, large apartments and villas, very rural area, the best is to rent (free) scooters and visit the nearby beaches and villages. We had an amazing time across rice fields and beautiful streets. all other villas in the region are super expensive.

Amazing stay, with all the family in 4 villas (well equipped, even with baby). Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Big beautiful pool. Staff is very welcoming, attentive and kind. Very convenient to have the restaurant (large choice and good food) on site.

Only think is location. If you are looking to relax at an offbeat location away from city, this property is dream come true. However if you are too much into sighseeing at Bali, everything would be sooo far. For comparison, amount of time from airport to hotel was more than time it took me to go from Singapore to Bali ;)

I booked a villa with private swimming pool. The villa is huge, and great service at the villa and property. Excellent food and spa option at great price. Highly recommended

This is such a nice place for families on holiday in Bali! The staff are super friendly, the apartments are cleaned regularly and look like new. The facilities are great (our kids loved the trampoline, pool and little playroom). The service is top notch, you can have food of the restaurant delivered at your apartment and comfortably eat it at your room. There are lots of activities which can be done at this resort or with a driver nearby. A free shuttle to the beach (10 minutes) but also free bikes to explore the surroundings. It is the best place we have visited in our multiple trips to Bali. There is a lovely spa next to the river at the resort. The profit of the resort goes back to community projects which you can read more about on their website. We are definitely coming back!
