Some snacks in the minibar were expired few months ago. The water supply was not stable and we had to complain twice to them to fix it. Breakfast options were too simple and limited. Not a deal breaker, but would expect small details like this to be rectified when booking a property at this price point!

The Aesthetics, the while bohemian like vibe - it felt super unique yet cozy! The Jacuzzi and Pool were super cool, spacious and well lit rooms, great for photos - very instagrammable! Friendly and swiftly responding staff!

They were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Agres and Desy – I’ve honestly never met people who were that genuinely friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure i felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and a wonderful atmosphere that made the whole experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had to get our sheets changed immediately as we noticed some were not as clean, however, the staff were extremely helpful and cleaned them within minutes.

I liked the location, as it was a little bit out of the centre - maybe a ten to fifteen minute bike ride to the main hustle and bustle. The hotel itself was pretty much how the photos had depicted.

The location is a bit remote, and there aren’t many restaurants nearby. My room had a semi-open bathroom and shower area, which may offer less privacy for some guests.

The breakfast was delicious, the environment was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. It’s perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying a holiday at the hotel.

The pool should be cleaned each morning. Always leaves and debris in it. Just a quick scoop up would be nice. The toilets being on a septic tank system is such a shame. I spent the whole time worried I would get food poisoning and break the system. It would be the reason I would stay elsewhere as I’m too western to enjoy using the hose instead of paper.

The breakfast was average but everything else was awesome!

Staff were amazing! Such a beautiful place to stay pool, room, everything was lovely and clean! Location was good little bit out of the main hustle and bustle of Canggu but you can hire a scooter directly from them and it's only about 10 min into the busy part of canguu. Bed was super comfy too!

As is the case in Bali sometimes crawly things or small animals live in the roof- however we think there was a something larger in the roof as it woke us up while it attacking another animal. There was a lot of banging and we heard another animal whimpering. Hard to know what the animals were but they were large enough to bang on the roof very loudly wake us. May need looking into getting them out of the roof

Overall great place to stay - staff are very helpful, pool is nice and vibe overall feels nice, safe and secluded.

Unfortunately the hotel looks quite tired in some places and not as good as the photos so we were a bit disappointed. Our room design was beautiful but the open design wasn’t overly practical as it was very loud and when it rained it came into the room and rugs got wet. The bed was also very hard. The roof was also leaking and there were towels down to catch the water when we checked in, which is a bit poor for what we paid for this hotel we would expect this to either be resolved or offered to move to another room. The property needs quite a bit of maintenance overall, although we know it is under new ownership and it looked like some work was happening.

Good breakfast, lovely staff, nice hotel design, away from the business of Canggu but only a 15 minute ride away from the action.

Open air bathroom and rather rustic whilst beautiful at same time… location - not walking area or close to anything so required Gojek at all times - but that’s trade off for quiet and further away so not necessarily a bad thing

Beautiful attentive staff with exceptional English and hospitality. So quiet compared to other areas of Canggu. Pool was immaculate and food was so healthy and fresh and delicious … beautiful bed linens and towels scented with aromatherapy for luxe factor

Unfortunately the bedding (personally) caused me to itch throughout the night, it lacked softness and felt rough which I personally didn’t like. The mattress is EXTREMELY hard which could be fine for some but it for me it caused me a backache all night.

Amazing design throughout the hotel. So peaceful and beautiful! Special thanks to Arges at the reception for making my short stay comfortable. She’s so sweet and helpful, such service makes me wanna come back!
