Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I liked that they cleaned my room (wiped the floor) and gave me a fresh towel. I liked that there is a table in the room, and it's all just well planned and build properly, clean and neat and tidy. Breakfast was decent and they even cut the fruit for one (very fancy). No mold, clean sheets, decent view and a small balcony (I asked for a room on the 1st (elevated) floor), not sure how I would have liked ground floor tbh.

Clean rooms with AC, fan and my room had a fridge which was excellent for longer stays and keeping fruit in. I was on the top floor and had beautiful morning views of volcanoes around us. You have a jug and tea/coffee for making a hot drink when you want one. WATER REFILL FOR REUSABLE DRINK BOTTLE AN EXCELLENT INITIATIVE for reducing plastic. Lovely tropical fruit for breakfast.

SingaporeDidn't have hairdryer which wasn't a major problem and I didn't really expect it anyway. Shower didn't have a screen so everything got wet and I had to keep toiletries outside of the room anway as not enough room on the sink. Shower head too high to adjust. But was manageable.
I liked the location. Although it was a little tucked in away from the main street which someone might not like so much during the dark times, I didn't have any problem with it. Home owner was very nice and helpful and breakfast was lovely too. Room was really nice and spacious and very comfy bed and pillows. Has chair inside with a desk and also little table and chair outside on balcony. AC available too. Very pleasant and great value for money and just a stone-throw away from lovely restaurants and shops and stalls.

The room was super nice. Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. The location is great, it's right in the centre of Ubud! Breakfast is included and is super tasty (I used to get pancakes and fresh fruit). The hosts were super nice with me. At some point I got very sick and the host mum was so nice with me, bringing me food and taking extra care of me. I definitely reccomend this place and I will come back once I'm in Ubud!

JapanI stayed 3nights at this comfortable place, and everything was just perfect. The family is nice and calm. The room is clean and beautiful. There is all I want ; a desk which I can work on PC, good wifi, big mirror over the desk for make-up, a bed side lamp, cozy terrace with a table and chairs, a laundry drying rack, and even Bali art on the wall. Located at the central area with full of cafes and shops, this alley is still quiet in peace. I would like to thank you for the very warm hospitality, from my heart.
