It was not easy to ride bike to its location, however it is close enough and you can walk to the active area easily.

It was clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. They provide good laundry and rent bikes. They helped me to book snorkeling activity which was amazing.

The host kindly reached out in advance to allow me an early check-in since the room was already available. The property is just a short 10-minute walk from the ferry, still close to popular tourist spots. But this is more on the local people’s home areas. I also rented a bike from the host, as cycling is the main mode of transportation apart from horses carriages. Please be respectful of the local customs and dress modestly, as it is a predominantly Muslim area. I found the nearby mosque to be a helpful landmark when navigating back at night. As a solo female traveler, I still felt safe returning alone, but it's important to remain alert as the roads can be muddy and bumpy.

Location was down a horrible road. The room smelt a bit off and the bathroom was not very clean. Our room was not cleaned, not provided with new bath towels. Because the shower was salty water you just never felt clean and then not in a clean room. There was also only a fluffy blanket as a bed cover which doesn’t seem hygienic to me and when it’s hot you do not want to be sleeping under a fluffy blanket.

There was some very loud talking outside at 6am one morning, which got through my ear plugs. There was no top sheet, only a blanket, although everything looked clean.

It was away from the bars etc so easier to get a good night's sleep. Friendly staff, had everything I needed.

If you are okay with cold salt water showers, this place is ok for the price. Its a bit of a walk from the port though. Rooms are small but ok for the price. Host 'Addy' is very nice and helpful

Very very salty water (didn’t have this in Gili Air so it’s not an island problem), no actual blanket but only a fussy/dayblanket, weird smell sometimes, doors couldn’t be closed really -> no safety issues but mosquitoes everywhere Still: Value for money definitely fine!!

For some reason the toilet is oriented towards the wall allowing approximately 20cm of space for knees. If you do not have 20cm knees you must sit at an angle. Luckily my illness was not toilet related as I imagine hasty visits to the toilet that also required precision in positioning, may have proven disastrous.

I was ill when I stayed here so spent quite a bit of time in the bed and can attest that it is one of the more comfortable beds I had in Indonesia. The room is well set out with place for your clothes and general stuff. Power points are plentiful and above tables so charging devices is a breeze. Aircon huffs and puffs a bit but gets there in the end. This place is a nice change from more of the rustic rooms with their outdoor bathrooms that seem common in the island.
