CanadaThis place is an absolute hidden gem! The view is absolutely breathtaking, truly one of the most stunning I've ever seen. The staff is beyond amazing so kind and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The food was also delicious. We only stayed one night because of a last-minute trip change, but it was a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

United KingdomI had a truly unforgettable 3-nights stay at Sadamatra resort. The room was absolutely stunning, and the highlight was the beautiful outdoor bathtub, decorated with flowers and offering spectacular views of the ocean and the bay. The service was extraordinary. All the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the food and drinks were delicious. They even arranged a fantastic snorkeling trip for us to a beautiful spot. I highly recommend this place for its spectacular views and incredible service.

AustraliaThe room was bonza and the outdoor bathtub was absolutely beautiful. The view was speccy, and the service was top notch everyone was so friendly. The food was grouse, cooked by a French chef, no less. Spent two nights here and loved every bit of it, especially the epic sunrise. Definitely a ripper of a spot, perfect for a honeymoon!

Our ferry to Gili Air has been cancelled because of bad weather and the wonderful staff from Sadamatra hotel helped us to buy the tickets for public ferry and helped us carrying our bags up to our seats! We couldn't ask for more, I really recommend staying there.

Our fast boat was cancelled, and Sadamatra was an unplanned stay, but exceptional. The staff are all warm and friendly. The hotel is stunning with beautiful overhead views of Padangbai. We dined in the hotel restaurant for dinner, and to say the food was incredible is an understatement. In summary I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. And can't wait to return again soon.

Franceat night, we could hear a deep rumbling sound from the ocean or village below. It wasn’t disturbing, just something to get used to understandable since the resort is perched on a hilltop. Overall, it was a beautiful and peaceful experience, and I would love to return..!
We truly enjoyed my stay at Sadamatra. The location on the hill offers an incredible panoramic view of the sea and the Bay it felt like a hidden paradise. The staff were genuinely kind, and the food was fresh and flavorful... 🤩

United KingdomIt is a climb to get to the hotel and the hot restaurant was expensive for what it was. As expected, being close to the harbour, there was excessive noise the night we stayed. The hotel can't control that but it's to keep in mind when staying in Padang Bai.
The staff were lovely and the welcome drink was great. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The view from the room was lovely.
