This is completely out of the control of the owner of the residence, which was great and deserves the top rating. However, we still would like to raise the following issues we experienced: unfortunately, the Novotel service was below par this year (we have stayed here several times before across the years). Examples: We could only get a key to the apartment on day 2 because the keying machine wasn't working (they let us into the room with a Masterkey - we had to request access every time we wanted to leave and get back to the room). Several times they ran out of towels at the pool in the afternoon (so you had to get your own or couldn't use the pool) and for the whole week, there was just 1 item of a whole list available at the beach bar. These things can happen of course, but not every day (and for a hotel that charges premium prices especially not). Service at the beach could also be improved in general. The rather disappointing service for the price class seems to reflected in the Novotel rating too (not the private residence one, the hotel one), which has a rating below 8 now and is lower than that from all adjacent hotels.

The apartment was fantastic (it's from a private host). It's a private residence in the hotel, but you can use all amenities of the hotel (but there is no/limited room service - just a towel change I think). The host/ owner was super friendly/ generous and also quickly replied in case of a question.

The location within the resort was great, really close to the pool and the restaurant. The room has 2 balconies overlooking the pool, it’s a beautiful view with lovely afternoon sun. 2 huge bedrooms and bathrooms and a large living room with a smart TV with Netflix etc. The air con was amazing and was zoned in the living room and bedrooms which was great.

Such a perfect way to end our holiday, this was a huge well equipped apartment. Great value for money in a self contained apartment nestled into the Novotel Nusa Dua. I didn’t know what to expect when we booked and was very pleasantly surprised.

It's an excellent property and value for money. Beautiful resort with private beach and shuttles. Kids club was fab. The residence is huge, if you're a family with kids this should be the place to chill. The pool was right opposite the residence and the restaurant and bar. Good housekeeping and room service. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a great option if you want space for a small family without the massive price tag. It's tucked within the Novotel resort with free shuttles to the beach and it has a nice big pool. We found a nice (and much cheaper) restaurant just a short 5 minute walk from the Novotel beach club, that's great for dinner on the beach (Yasa Segara Bengiat Restoran). Also if you head out the back entrance of the Novotel resort there is a coffee shop called Pause Cafe (part of Novotel) that does great coffee and pastries for breakfast. A short walk up the road from there is a supermarket also. Enjoy!

We don’t want to complain but just bring a few things to bring to the owners attention so to improve the experience. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work properly. Either we needed instructions or it needs servicing please. Also we could have done with dishwashing liquid and a tea towel so we could clean up after ourselves. A double adapter in the power point where the water dispenser is would be great so you can use the other appliances at the same time.

Loved the apartment, very spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Was pleasantly surprised that it was within the Novetel Resort with a lovely view of the pool. It had a water dispenser as well which was great, and for a small cost they replaced the 20 lt bottle of water. We will definitely book this apartment again.

The wifi is super slow! In some specific hours, the wifi does not have an internet connection at all.

The apartment is fantastic, big, neat, and super comfortable! The swimming pool is such a charm. We enjoy staying in Ruby or Novotel Nusa Dua. The staff is super friendly as well! I couldn't be happier also with the value of the price! Great stay!

wish salty water in swimming pool, if you go outside hotel all area looks dead but it's local area (Bali problem not hotel), and hard to order good food on delivery (also Bali problem not hotel), beach Nusa Dua not for swimming because water flows (also not hotel ussie).
