ATM of cash conversion on site as none are around on the island so its hard to get any local currency for tips and things. You need to have cash and card on you.

Location is great, one of the best resorts on the island. Safe, security at entry, clean room and facilities inc gym, attentive staff. No kids around even better! More of a couple/ friend resort. View is great.

The gift shop could have more diversity and also have the prices on the items. It feels like they just make up a price when we ask them.

We loved everything. Starting from the staff, they were all really nice and attentive. We would like to leave a kind word to Luna, who took care of us every breakfast with a smile on her face. The facillities are also amazing. The spacious bedrooms, amazing comfortable beds, great decoration. The pool was beautiful and well kept.

No beach access (and no sand beach), the swimming pool bars run out of beer every day, you have to like a resort style vacation, loud music from the beach club every day

Small thing, when ordering, be it breakfast or drinks in the evening, a few details seem to go astray, so we ended up with the wrong thing on a few occasions, it was always corrected straight away but worth noting.

Staff went above and beyond - so friendly and welcoming.. Room was perfect, facilities were amazing, and bed was super comfortable - they even have a pillow menu but the default pillows were perfect for me. The resort is an architectural dream, and the views are just the icing on the cake. Food was also great for vegetarians! Thank you 🙏.

Absolutely loved the Santorini-inspired vibe of the resort. The sunset view over the ocean from our room was breathtaking, and spotting Mount Agung during sunset was an unexpected delight. The room was spacious, with a large washroom area, and came stocked with so many complimentary items that you barely need to pack anything beyond your clothes. We were welcomed with a delicious cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The balcony doors made the room almost soundproof—despite a lively DJ party at the beach club, it stayed wonderfully quiet inside. The pool is stunning, with an exceptional design, and the food was excellent. The entire resort is simply beautiful, offering gorgeous views all around. Truly a memorable stay!

If you’re planning to work remotely, this might not be the ideal place. The Wi-Fi disconnects frequently and is practically unusable for video calls or meetings — I found myself quite frustrated at times. Mobile data (4G) wasn’t reliable either, so overall, not a productive environment for work. Also, while the food was good, there’s still some room for improvement in variety, I'd like little bit more variety to choose from.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — the view was stunning, the room was beautiful, and the service was excellent. There were plenty of things to do, and it was a unique experience seeing monkeys around the property, even near the hotel itself. The calming sound of the ocean, along with the on-site restaurant, spa, and gym, made it so relaxing that we didn’t even feel like leaving. It’s definitely a must-visit and one of the best experiences we’ve had.

It’s good to know that the private beach is approx 15 minutes’ drive from the hotel and is mainly a small lounging area with no bars or places to buy extra drinks like we’re used to in Europe. The beach right below the hotel is rocky and not suitable for swimming so it’s important to keep that in mind. However, with the excellent beach club and pools at the hotel, there’s really no need to go to the beach. Nearby islands like Gili T offer beautiful beaches to enjoy.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing – it exceeded all our expectations and more. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, very clean and modern. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the restaurant – every single meal we had was delicious. Big compliments to the chef! The 24/7 reception was also a big plus, always available to assist. The service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude made us feel like royalty, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Overall, this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you to the entire team for such warm hospitality – we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered the butter chicken one night and didnt have much chicken, same with my parter, he ordered a chicken roast and not much on the chicken - but that was the only thing - everything else was fantastic

Best accommodation we have ever stayed at. 2 separate pools to lounge around all day. Sukrin the team lead who works in the food area was great and very good english. Cocktails were yum and the views are incredible. Would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, and our sea view room was absolutely stunning – spotless, bright, and exactly as promised. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the pool area, where they were always attentive and welcoming. The view over the ocean was breathtaking and made the whole stay feel very special.

Nothing, it’s an exceptional location and only a 5 min taxi ride into town. The staff booked a taxi whenever needed and it always came quickly.

The facilities are beautiful, as are all the staff. They went out of their way to help celebrate my partners birthday.

Loved everything about the hotel and its ambience! Staffs were super welcoming and nice. The foam party in the beach club was one of a kind too! Definitely a must stay hotel in Lombok.
