The staff are the best. It’s close to everything and the grounds, pool and restaurant are great. I loved the fresh flowers in the room and petals on my bed.

When booking 2 rooms simultaneously as a group you’d expect them to be side by side. Not us.. each room was on different ends of the property.. disappointing !!! Mould and damage to the bath and the toilet sprayed water every time you flushed!!

The room was at the front, so you could hear the music from the bars, but they closed around 10-11 pm. So it was okay.

We stayed in the family room for three nights. The hotel has a good location, with lots of great restaurants in the area. The beach is around 5 minutes' walk. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the villa have not been maintained as it should (our shower drained really slowly and the fan in the living area hit the ceiling).

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa with three rooms and spacious common areas. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our rooms. They were clean, very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is close to shopping, the beach (5 min walk), and lots of great restaurants/pubs. We enjoyed swimming in the pool to cool off at the end of a long, hot day.

They could have a microwave in each villa. To heat up food or drink. Also more kitchen items. As it has a kitchen but nothing in it

The bathroom could have used some maintenance and I thought the executive room was over priced compared to the deluxe room. Some instructions in the room about washing etc would be useful.

The room was dated and the pool tired compared to the photos, but otherwise a good place to stay.

This was our first place to stay in Bali and although it wasn't perfect, it was a good night's sleep, good air con, good location and breakfast was tasty!

The linens they provide in room are old and not in good condition with many stained. The hotel use mosquito repellent incense stick in front of your room so the room filled with incense smell all night.

Triple room was a bit small.

It was like an oasis in busy city. In the center of happening (bars, restaurants, shops, spas) but still secluded. We liked the staff - very friendly and polite. We liked the breakfast; full of option what to eat. We liked the atmosphere and the garden.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like and nothing related to the hotel itself. It is. a busy area and bars have music going , fireworks going off on the beach can be noisy but that is usually quietened down by 10.00pm.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay. IThe hotel is located in a busy part of Legian but once you’re inside you are in a beautiful garden setting with rooms oozing old Bali charm with most modern amenities. The rooms are very spacious , staff keep them super clean, fridge, TV etc all good. Breakfast is different everyday with the standard egg station but then a range of Indonesian food, fruits, yoghurt ,cereals and pastries. Staff go the extra yard, flowers in the room on arrival , always respectful of your privacy and very kind. I had a heavy cold in my last few days and they Meneh made a special ginger tea for me to help me. The swimming pool is not huge but big enough and you can get food and drinks there too. Quick walk to the beach. I had a couple of meals at the hotel which were great. Overall a really pleasing experience.

Central location, quiet despite being in a busy street. Friendly staff, pretty small hotel, nice massage spa. Good value for money.
