The water pressure in the shower. Anything else that was a negative was my fault eg no balcony - I didn't realise, there was a good common area downstairs, for each 3 rooms, with lounge and large dining table and bar. Also the stairs were a bit difficult (one of us is partially disabled) but I was offered a downstairs room but I wanted the larger room.....this is before I arrived and didn't understand the layout. In all it all worked out.

Breakfast was very good and also the location. The property gardens etc were beautiful.

The bathrooms could be updated. I don't like the openess with the flyscreens at the top. Water pressure was weak.

Our room was outside of main premises near their store / staff room. So, it was noisy. There are villas inside premises which are good. Water in bathroom was not drainage even after staff tried. Bad bath room

Smell of mothballs in the room was overwhelming. Room would be too small for longer than a few day stay.

The hotel was a strategic location to the legian beach which is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. Its also very convenient to walk to the streets to shop. We had a g8 time at the beach .

There is a window above the main door from the room to the stairwell/corridor - so this lets in light and sound. If you are sensitive, make sure you wear eyemask. Also room Dahlia 2 (twin beds) has a balcony but it faces the road and parking lot entrance directly =_=;

It's a little bit traditional, older design, but it is perfectly serviceable. The stairs are a little bit narrow but no big deal. The pool looks fine, but I didn't use it. Staff are friendly in the typical manner. I only stayed for 1 night. Neighbourhood is fine... not where I would normally choose but I was planning to go to the airport the next day. Next time, if I wanted to be closer to airport, I would stay somewhere closer to freeway, since I don't walk much anyway, no need to be near the restaurants. For the price, it's not bad. There isn't much character to the rooms, and the washroom is quite uninspiring. But it's clean and the staff are nice.

Property , like so many in Bali, needs some maintenance but it was still quite good. My room was comfortable and staff attended to any problems promptly and willingly.

After a shaky start in an upstairs room I was moved into a nice ground floor with a large verandah and an outdoor sofa. The staff tried very hard to give me a pleasant stay. The breakfast was basic but OK. There is some maintenance required here and there but my stay was good. The area was free of noisy bars and clubs a short tenminute walk away. the beach was

The only thing I would fault this hotel for is, it is old and needs maintenance. If you can accept that, it’s a great place to stay.

The location was excellent. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around the area. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The gardens were exceptional, very green and well maintained.

There was no soap in the bathroom and no small shampoo and conditioners..

The garden villa was very comfortable and rooms were large . I felt very safe . The gardens are lovely. The hotel is old but very clean . The breakfast omelette was very nice.

Although there is an AC in the room, the humidity was so high that everything smelled like dampness. There was no hand soap, only shower gel and shampoo, but all the rest was provided. All in all, an excellent place to stay for 1 or 2 nights :)

It's a nice hotel with a beautiful garden, though these rooms were in the street, like not part of the hotel. We could enter the hotel garden to walk around and enjoy the beautiful plants and ponds inside. Breakfast was excellent! The location is pretty fine, can't say it's excellent but it's almost excellent :)
