In my opinion breakfast could be better and also cocktails that they offer on the beach were not good.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the hotel is nice, location is very good, just next to the beach. :) We really liked their movie nights.

Bad smell in all 3 booked rooms. Moisture. Lack of fresh towels during the stay, even nothing dries in rooms. Bad odour of linen. Poor breakfast quality and selection. Hotel asks on immediate online opinion during checkout offering t-shirts.

The staff is kind but they are barely a le to speak english. They charged me with extra breakfast fees just for asking for Espresso coffe since the one offered at the breakfast table was just disgusting. They didn’t tell me I have to pay an extra for this. Actually is not about the price,but the behaviour…. They just smile and say yes but they don’t understand anything

Since we stayed during low season, there were not many guests staying. Maybe that's why the property was not maintained well. The room is clean but the dining room is not very clean and it seems they just throw whatever they can find in the kitchen for breakfast. The veggies and fruit are not so fresh. The swimming pool is beautiful but the water is very dirty. Hopefully it will improve when we come back because we really like the location and the concept of the hotel.

We stayed during low season and it was a perfect vacation for us, quiet and peaceful. The room is spacious and comfortable with a modern touch. Perfect for us who enjoy city life.

The neighbor bar plays loud music till late. You can hear it a bit from the rooms.

Soundproofing was bad and you heard every sound from the pool if someone was swimming.... but this doesn´t happen (usually) nighttime....

Great place. Really classy and luxirous hotelrooms. Good breakfast, although not included to room price but not expensive. Really friendly staff. Nice location, away from t and he buzz but near enough to the harbour. Movie night was really nice every night.

Swimming pool was not impressive but with the beach at a walking distance it is not really an issue.

Hotel located on the sunset/quiet side of the island. Good area for couples to stay. Lot of restaurants/bars around. We enjoyed the movie nights organised by the hotel and the breakfeast was good.

Humidy in room

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Thus we had problem with humidity in our room - wet floor from condencate. Everthung else was perfect and nice movie nights.

It was too expensive compared to the quality of the service. We tasted the worst coffee of our lives here at breakfast. Upon asking for a cappucino, they said they didn’t have milk (for two days) and that the “normal” coffee is charged extra (40,000 rupiah/coffee which is quite expensive compared to other cafes in Gili and Bali). It is a pity to spare money on a simple thing as coffee when we paid this much for the whole night. The room seemed clean at first, but the less frequently seen parts of the furniture and behind them was dirty. I found a huge cockroach in my suitcase. (The staff removed it luckily).

The hotel is located on the western side of the island, about 30 mins walk/15mins cycling from the center. This made it less busy and noisy, with nice spots nearby to watch the sunset from. The room was quiet, with direct access to the shared pool. The bed was comfortable and the room was good sized. Breakfast had a big variety of dishes.
