Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Nice property, pool with rice plantation. A different look, flowers around, resturant staff, hotel staff all very welcoming and ready to help in their capacity. A supermarket 3mins away by walk. I would recommend it is value for money.

SpainThe fitness centre is small, they are renovating that floor so it is not very clean when you step outside. The water machine of the fitness centre didn't work when I was there. Breakfast food needs to be protected from bugs
Facilities were nice, the pool was fantastic and the staff was lovely. They are plenty of places to get some rest in the area and there are activities. I loved the way they integrated the hotel in nature. They offer a bus shuttle service to Ubud, and there is a local supermarket very close to the location.

Beautiful gardens, a total oasis! Lovely large grounds to wander around, clean, quiet comfortable, large clean pool, and free yoga class was a great addition. Free daily shuttle into ubud. We extended our stay. Great place to stay during Nypei day. Gym and buffet breakfast. Indomart across the road but not much else but its easy to get into ubud.

Very nice resort. Staff was great, held an umbrella over pir heads so we wouldn’t get wet walking to the car. Food in the restaurant is nice en breakfast was great too. On a scooter taxi or if you rent a scooter you get into the centre very fast, but the hotel also has a free shuttlebus going there a couple times a day.

Friendly staff. good location - 10 minutes from central Ubud in cab. Comfy bed, clean room and it has a gym too which is great for me. Odin really looked after me. I also used their transport service and Okin was kindly waiting for me prior to me arriving into Bali which was lovely after a long journey.

AustraliaThe room could of had some more tables as I found it hard to place out my things. Wish the description told us that the bathroom door is clear, as staying with friends made it uncomfortable.
The place is close to city center but far away enough for peace and quiet. The room was large and the staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a variety but I think it can do better. Ordering grab food was very easy, as the staff will bring it to our door.

JapanCleanliness and hygiene- for example at breakfast the breads and jam area were left open and had a lot of flies on them. Same problem with the fruit, the fly covers didn’t fit the plates properly. There was dust underneath the bed.
Beautiful location, very peaceful with stunning views of surrounding rice fields, particularly from the rooftop area. The pool is large and beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the staff very nice.
