Value for money. It’s not a 5 star villa but it has most things you need & it’s very comfortable. The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff are amazing - they go out of their way to help you. I will come back again.

No microwave but not really a big problem. Our tv was moldy. The big mirror on the door is old too and full of black dots but also not a problem, just needs to be upgraded.

For a trip of two friends, this was the perfect spot. Located near to a mart, cafes and to the mall. The staffs are there 24/7 incase you need anything and they’re very attentive and nice :) The place looks exactly like the pictures they’ve posted too. If you’re staying in Seminyak, this is actually a good place to consider.

Slightly damp, but this is to be expected due to the climate.

Lovely and clean, close to central areas and Seminyak square. The hosts were lovely, the photos don’t do the place justice.

The host was very friendly, really helpful and gave lots of advice. Room was very spacious with modern bathroom. The pool area was the perfect escape from the busy streets. It was quiet at night so we could sleep well. Very relaxed vibe, there aren't many rooms so we often had the whole pool area to ourselves. Close to dozens of shops/food and 10min walk to the beach

Room and Vespa 1 is very conveniently located to all the action in Seminyak, but still it is secluded from all the noise etc. So location-wise it is a 10. Property is really clean and staff was so nice. Kadek was very helpful to me. Well managed property.

Toilet floor is wet probably a small leak from the walls/ground near the WC probably due to rainy season.

Lovely & comfortable clean bed and pillows. Room is huge beautifully decorated & with comfortable toilet facilities. Great location, nearby Seminyak Square, restaurant and cafes all within 3mins walk. Very quiet space. Love love this location. It is small only 4 rooms available here and perfect stay within nearby shops.

the location is great. right in the centre of Seminyak. close to great bars , restaurants and shopping. the room itself is beautiful. very European style. possibly the comfiest bed I have slept in on my travels. would highly recommend.

Very clean maintained room, perfect for 1 or 2 travelers. Pool in a nice shaded area. Location is ideal for shopping, bar hopping and beaches. Staff were very accommodating and friendly

It is a hidden gem, the pool is shaded but also get a bit of sun for those who would like to get a tan, but I loved the shade as I burn. It was quiet and so central to everything. Really enjoyable

If I had to find a fault it would be the bed sheets were a little old with yellow patches, but they were clean, just tarnished.

The staff were very friendly. Was quiet place, even though near busy main road. Close to shops, cafes and walking distance to the beach. Would recommend, I had the lower area of was a great room.

They only had shampoo and soap so you’ll need your own toiletries.

So close to everything in Seminyak and the beach - we walked to where we wanted to go.

Pool area is nice, but perhaps fully tiling the area would be useful.
