We loved the private location, ocean sounds & stunning views. Was like a private paradise with sunset front row seats. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Heaven!

The views are breathtaking, that’s what you pay for. Be prepared for the journey down to the hotel as it can be challenging for some. The room I stayed in is called Jo Malone and I’m happy I only booked for one night. There is no duvet, merely a sheet. The bed itself was not clean and the ac worked poorly (no wonder they also supply a fan in the room). On top of that the fridge also wasn’t working. It’s important to note that Uluwatu has a water shortage problem and it showed in the bathroom. Water pressure is very low and it was unpleasant to shower. What made me the most uncomfortable is that the floor directly under the toilet had gaps. Under the gaps I could hear and see people. To my surprise there was even a chair under there, which made me question what it was doing there. The curtains didn’t close fully and next door was a hotel that would play loud music till late hours so please keep that in mind. To make matters worse is that I got sick shortly after consuming one a cocktail. I was up all night unable to sleep due to sickness. When I confronted the owner the next morning during check out I was relieved he took it off the bill. However, it took some convincing and I could tell the owner didn’t care and almost mocked me too. Not apologetic whatsoever. Overall, wouldn’t come back here for the poor service.

    Property response:

Hi Leonita, We're sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't enjoyable. Place is how it is, a mix between the local materials combine with the high quality service that we're offering to ensure our guest a unique experience. We never had any problem of guest feeling sick in our restaurant, specially with a cocktail when nothing is cooked, raw or washed.

This property was so picturesque! Even better than the photos! We stayed in the Blufinity room and loved it. We enjoyed waking up to the waves and watching the surfers and sunset drinks on the balcony. The facilities are beautiful and we loved our breakfast every morning with the most beautiful views. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming! We would recommend staying here to anyone and will definitely stay again when we come back to Bali.

The accommodation is in a stunning location with a beautiful sea view. However, guests should be aware that the stairs leading to the property are very steep, so it’s not recommended for elderly people or anyone with mobility issues. The beach next to the hotel is accessible during low tide, but not really usable during high tide. The staff were very friendly at first, but the friendliness faded the longer we stayed.

It has a good view but there are better places around here. If you’ve stayed at good places you wouldn’t like it here.

You’ve to wait 10-15 minutes outside Antara once youve called them to collect your luggage. Its an old property. Rooms had smell, no air fresheners in room for it. The hotel manager never responds to your messages. Average food options. Room had no basic amenities at all. No mineral water available at restaurant. They only provide filtered water. You have to go to reception to ask for things, no telephone.
