Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I noticed that the water tap was a bit rusty. It would be great if this could be improved for better comfort.

I extremely love all the staff, they were really accommodating and helpful, i was already late for my flight and they helped us find a taxi on a short notice and gave the best advise, 5 stars on the staffs, all staff. I wish i had more cash to tip everyone but in serious note, i see potential for this hotel to be 4 stars however the hygiene for the hotel is really bad. My sheets and colleague had blood stains and the toilet smells when we first enter, the floor was full of dust but i did ask the manager to help figure out on what could be better but even though the staff cleaned and changed our sheets, there were still blood stains so they need to change the laundry they send to, also they really need to deep clean their rooms and toilet because there were molds and leakage in the toilet which was very unpleasant. Even their kettle wasnt clean. I was not comfortable staying because a 3 star hotel should atleast be comfortable and cozy to stay in. Nevertheless, all of the staff made my stay pleasant.

There's no body will assist your luggage upon the check in, only one reception stand by in the lobby, room quite enough for standard size, but cleanliness and maintenence should be improve, starting from the corridor was dirty, even I was found hair on the bed and floor is dirty, also mold smell on the bathroom, and the other thing, I was requesting breakfast during the check in, reception said their staff will be deliver your breakfast into your room, but nobody was delivering my breakfast, overall this hotel rate will be match just for the location, but their service should be improve

Room 306 is lousy. Room floor is old and need to be replaced. Sink cabinet in bathroom needs to be repaired Plenty of small cochcroaches in the room. Curtain needs to be repaired. Towel doesn't soak up water well. Kettle and bathroom taps are dirty. Need to clean with the right chemical / cleanser. Road from maingate to lobby is lousy, not properly tarred. Small stones everywhere. Smoky despite sign that says No Smoking on this floor.

Location near to office. Price is good. Staff is friendly.

the room need to be re fresh. the floor is nasty. AC rails are dirty, bath room seal are black spot look nasty. when we check in the bed sheet were dirty, many hair from previous guests.

The room in the shower area was not clean. the bed sheets were dirty, there was also a hair on the bed . I even found two cockroachs in the room.

1. The Towel hasn’t absorb any kind of liquid 2. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom 3. I requested a hairdryer, bath mat, and iron until i checked out it wasn’t delivered. I requested 2 times. 4. There’s no frige 5. The food was bad. The milk on the cereal stand tasted like water. 6. The water from the shower and toilet stinks. 7. You cannot borrow any utensils, bowls, or plates after the restaurant closed.

I'm pretty disappointed by the room condition. It was dirty especially the toilet,, dust everywhere, the wall is moldy, pillowcase was torn and AC doesn't work properly so the room was super hot.

The staff was nice and friendly. Location is good, easy to get around and finding food around the hotel also pretty easy.

This is a typical example of a hotel run by an owner who takes whatever money he can from it and NEVER reinvests in the upkeep or the staff. I estimate it was built around 1974 and it hasn't been maintained since it was built. The fixtures and fittings were tired and decades of grime were apparent everywhere. Furthermore, I was told the owner rarely visits, does not respond to direct contact (I tried) and leaves his under skilled staff to deal with the complaints, which they cannot as they don't hold the purse strings. Wasted breath trying.

The position. Located by the road side. The bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. The train station is 5 minutes away (by car). Many food stalls by the roadside to choose from. Spacious family room. Friendly staffs.

The WIFI was bad, the signal was only at the lobby. Spoken English was poor.

The hotel was in its building and ground. Very quiet surroundings. Good security, and responsive staff. Very clean place.

The breakfast was awful. There was toast, expired butter, slime-like jam, „fresh milk“ which was really just water with milk powder. And then they had 3 big pots with plain rice, one with old tasting fried chicken and one pot with some lettuce soup. That was it. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all. The „high speed WiFi“ disconnected by itself all the time and we had to wait until we could connect again. The bedsheets had holes in it and were unclean. There was supposed to be a spa area but there just wasn’t. The gym was a really small room with two broken weight machines and a treadmill, nothing more.
