Staff are very kind

Really friendly staff, big comfortable room and a beautiful swimming pool!

The rooms are spacious, clean and neat View is the best ever amazing. Atmosphere lovely Pool just the way of dream, looking over rice field surrounded by tall trees

Lizard.. although the staff was very helpful and clean and attend immediately it's not only this hotel All hotels in ubud even 5 stars is the same Don't expect staying in wood tropical weather without house Lizard.

Great pool and room. Lovely welcome drink. 10mins grab from the centre. It was great to be out of the centre, easy to get to the rice terraces from here.

Nothing amazing value

This place was amazing. The staff were phenomenal, they were so helpful and kind. The facilities were perfect for our group.

Don’t drink the pool water

Location is great,just 5 minutes in a scooter from Ubud centre and the hotel is sitting on top of a river,you can even see a waterfall and the rice garden terrace from there,view is stunning. Staff is what made this place unforgettable,these guys has been amazing every day for the all the week,they even offer to keep our luggage for few hours after the check-out.Always ready to prepare you a fresh breakfast in front of you for the time you already asked them and they were still waiting for you to make sure it would be fresh,it's always been delicious. Staff is extremely clean and respectful ready to give you reccomdation and helping with issues. Staff made this place a 4 star,thanks again to all the guys we meet along the stay.

Property needs to be renovated and fixed. We were into what it should be a suite... Room full of mold,it really stinks,you can't breath inside there,mold is really excessive,everything stay wet inside also your clothes,big advice keep it close in the luggage as I had to throw away shirt and underwear unable to get rid of the smell after washing them in the laundry. Windows in the toilet can't be open,no way to get the room dry ,wardrobe and drawers are crooked,safe broken with melted batteries inside. You here every animal on top of the rooftop(not the cute ones) and you still need those door to the pool open to let the air flow in the room and maybe some animals or bad visitors could come in and still your stuff. Staff cleaned every day and left the pool door open but not that big of a change,they did the impossible, and they are not the one to blame. BUSSINESS OWNER should grab money from his pocket and fix the place, If you're planning to stay here, choose another room,maybe they are better I didn't go away because of the staff and because I basically spent time in the hotel just to sleep,in this case sleeping awfully..!

Too many lizards in the waiting and lobby area

It was a very beautiful stay, loved every bit of it. Location is perfect, it's a 5min ride to the pyramids of chi, the main Ubud art market and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helped us with a lot of recommendations esp the waterfalls and also well coordinated for the scooter hiring. Room was cosy and clean. There are couple of good warungs right next to the stay which are perfect.

Nothing much. It's Bali and you can expect lizards in the balcony esp in the evening.

However we were assigned for hotel room on the lowest level so there is waterfall and the river ( which is beautiful on sunny day i guess, but there are ants and the biggest problem is that the humidity level is too high, maybe because of the river) and there was some smell and it was unbearable without AC. So because the AC was on at all times I caught a cold 🥶 so yeah.. nothing that a lot of hot tea and home-brought drugs couldn’t fix, but still unpleasant experience

All of the staff were friendly and kind, and I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. The views from the room and the dining area were beautiful. The hotel was very clean, and I was happy to have a bathtub — it made the stay even more relaxing. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stay, and I really enjoyed the delicious coffee every morning. Thank you so much!

Good location - close to Pyramids of Chi and not so far from Ubud, good breakfast, good stuff. Calm place.

A beautiful view from the balconies and the pool into the jungle.

They really should renovate the place, the furniture is old and some things were already broken, like e.g. the mirror. I didn't feel super comfortable there.

rooms can be improved a bit

The property offers a stunning view on a rice terrasse field and small waterfall - which makes it absolutely unique. It is a very peaceful setting! The location was ideal, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center but close enough to reach it by foot. Its like a 30-40min walk to Ubud Palace and a taxi ride will take only 5-min and cost around 2/3euros. There’s plenty of wildlife roaming in the field that you can observe from the infinity pool making it the more interesting. Staff is friendly and flexible. The pool is incredible!

Breakfast required daily logistics and that was a bit annoying especially during a retreat. The room would need some light fixing. The shower was broken, the bath tub didn’t completely close, the mini-fridge didnt keep the cold, phone in the room to call reception didn’t work etc
