Lizard.. although the staff was very helpful and clean and attend immediately it's not only this hotel All hotels in ubud even 5 stars is the same Don't expect staying in wood tropical weather without house Lizard.

The rooms are spacious, clean and neat View is the best ever amazing. Atmosphere lovely Pool just the way of dream, looking over rice field surrounded by tall trees

Nothing amazing value

Great pool and room. Lovely welcome drink. 10mins grab from the centre. It was great to be out of the centre, easy to get to the rice terraces from here.

Nothing much. It's Bali and you can expect lizards in the balcony esp in the evening.

It was a very beautiful stay, loved every bit of it. Location is perfect, it's a 5min ride to the pyramids of chi, the main Ubud art market and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helped us with a lot of recommendations esp the waterfalls and also well coordinated for the scooter hiring. Room was cosy and clean. There are couple of good warungs right next to the stay which are perfect.

All of the staff were friendly and kind, and I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. The views from the room and the dining area were beautiful. The hotel was very clean, and I was happy to have a bathtub — it made the stay even more relaxing. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stay, and I really enjoyed the delicious coffee every morning. Thank you so much!

Breakfast required daily logistics and that was a bit annoying especially during a retreat. The room would need some light fixing. The shower was broken, the bath tub didn’t completely close, the mini-fridge didnt keep the cold, phone in the room to call reception didn’t work etc

The property offers a stunning view on a rice terrasse field and small waterfall - which makes it absolutely unique. It is a very peaceful setting! The location was ideal, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center but close enough to reach it by foot. Its like a 30-40min walk to Ubud Palace and a taxi ride will take only 5-min and cost around 2/3euros. There’s plenty of wildlife roaming in the field that you can observe from the infinity pool making it the more interesting. Staff is friendly and flexible. The pool is incredible!

The aircon can be updated, it gets hot and sometimes it's not easy to feel the aircon.

I like the location; the place is outside but not far from the city of Ubud, it in quiet and jungle placece. The pool was amazing. Their welcome drinks were awesome.

A bit rundown, cracks and mould in some places. Not enough hot water for the tub and the soap smelt awful 🤢 restaurant only does breakfast and no snacks or shops nearby to get food from.

Comfy bed, quiet, great pool. Staff was lovely and nice and very affordable breakfast.

Road to villa was blocked and difficult to navigate. Double bed was two single beds stuck together and uncomfortable to sleep on. Lower floors suffer from mould smells so avoid if susceptible.

Location was good and upper floor room was relatively clean and mould free.

Staff were really lovely and attentive. Very clean and welcoming Breakfast was average and bathrooms could be updated. View is simply amazing. A little oasis.

The road towards the hotel was closed and has caused us much trouble in travelling to and fro the hotel to different locations. The staff did not communicate this and was unable to help with booking/communication of travel with the drivers. The supposed 'short distance' from central is not true due to the road closure. With the detour, it would take you about an additional 10 mins, hence making travelling to central or anywhere is a hassle. Especially if this issue is not communicated with the drivers who are unaware of the road closure.

The paddy fields view was calming and nice with lots of bird movements throughout the day.

The hotel is located outside of the centre of Ubud, where it is nice and quiet. Nevertheless, everything can be reached very quickly, for example several restaurants within walking distance in the same street. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The highlight is definitely the pool with a view of the rice fields! The staff were very friendly and organised a scooter and transport to the airport without any problems.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing, we booked the entire villa and we enjoyed having our own hotel staff, always willing to assist.
