Not too sure if it's ideal location for other activities but depends on individual travelers.

Stay was accommodating to our very late check in and had room ready for us to just get comfortable after a long journey. It's also right across a little market!

Too bad when we were there, they switched off the water heater for maintenance. There is no closet. And the charger plugs on the well are so inconvenient. One is under the table and the other is not accessible because it was covered by the small cabinet beside the bed. The pillow is a bit too hard.

perfect for a short stay, there is a small supermarket and a train station right next to the guest house, the staff cant speak english but was still very kind and helpful. we drove like 50 minutes with a grab to the city center, but bc jakarta is so big thats probably normal,

Didn't love the location although shops nearby is convenient. The room is a bit grubby. Could definitely have been cleaner The room smelled like smoke a bit

The room is spacious with a fridge and freezer. Bed is large and comfortable, overall it did the job. We checked in very late and out very early at short notice which can be quite awkward sometimes. The staff made it super easy, though, and it was a very efficient process.

The room is smaller than in photos, but for this price it's good.

The room was clean and comfortable, big bed, table, fridge. AC and hot water available 24/7. The staff was very helpful even with Google translate. Tebet station is indeed in 7 minutes walk and right across the road there is Alfamart.

Unpleasant smell of the toilet.

I had a pleasant stay at Rhiz Guest House Tebet. The location is great, just a short walk to Tebet railway station and close to convenient stores and eateries. The room was clean, but the bathroom could use some improvement, as there was an unpleasant smell. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great value for money, especially for a central location in Jakarta. I would recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay.

It can be too dark when you switch off all the lamps, but it's not a big deal. There was a mosquito or two, but I can ask for the mosquito spray to the hotel staff, so it's solved. Maybe the staff can add one more electric socket near the bed, for charging my phone, because I only found one near the table in front of the bathroom which is a bit far from the bed.

The hotel is located beside a small busy road and the environment is like in kind of a slum.

Its very cheap and i dont need to pay any deposit during check in. The hot shower working. The AC is good. The bed is comfortable. Got ATM n convenience store nearby. For the price, the room is perfect.

the hot water didn't work, I have to shower early in the morning around 4.30am and was forced to shower with cold water, so unpleasing, other than that all is good

24 mini market in front of the hotel, and plenty of 24hrs food available, and also 100m from an inner city train station very convenient, also located in a quiet area

Nothing I can think of. It's my second time, the room is smaller cos it's slightly cheaper. It has a small verandah but it faces a smallish courtyard where some staff hang out. So I don't use it cos it's rather awkward. But it makes up for the very affordable price tag.
