The pool temperate was lovely, but the kids pool being on a separate floor and away from main pool wasn’t great. Also the kids pool was really for toddlers and babies. My 7 year old could have done with a tad more entertainment in the main pool.

The room was fantastic! Two huge beds and just so stylish and gorgeous. The bath in the main room was super fun. Beautiful room. Food was also just wow! Best restaurants, pool food, even had 5* room service! Really outstanding best hotel food we had in Bali. Kids club was also great, the staff were all so lovely my 7 year old said no to leaving several times. The beach was also SO close, max 5 minutes with shuttle every hour. Nice beds there all waiting so it was almost like we were directly on the beach.

A little out of the way, walking anywhere takes a while but they have a shuttle bus

room cleaning could be better > couple a times sheets weren't changed , Towels forgotten , not enough towels delivered , water forgotten , etc ....Also a dirty corner i spotted upon arrival was still not cleaned when a checked out . Disappointing !

Breakfast was superb , a wide variety of choices plus a separate juice bar ! 2 Great restos on location Tanah Liat and the Steaksmith , definitely worth a visit !!

Only issue was The beach. It was dirty u can find broken glass in the sand and plastic garbage. Best to spend ur time around the pool in the hotel.

The shuttle to the beach was full, so they ordered us vehicles to ensure we got there. Then, when we wanted to come back to the resort, the shuttle was full again, so they ordered us cars again. It's not really an issue, but we did have a small baby with us, and we had to wait a short time.

Breakfast variety was great! Rooms were clean and tidy. The resort is well tended to and the gardens were pristine!

The fact that all the prices on almost everything exclude taxes. So if you are working on a budget, you are most likely to mistake the prices they give you to be the final one you pay. Also, they don't tell you about the deposit you have to pay for amenities ahead of time. You are only told about that upon check in, which was an inconvenience for us.

Not far from the airport. Friendly staff. Loved the interior in the room. Kid friendly resort. Particularly liked the spa and the fitness center.

I had to leave early to get a flight but couldn’t get a breakfast takeaway box (the breakfast room was open have been able to in every other hotel in SE Asia if required)

Loved the pools and the pool bar - especially Yande who worked at the Bar. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service we got and provided us with lots of information about Bali and its history. Bali has changed so much but he reminded me why I always fall in love with it. Many places try but no one can beat Balinese people for genuine friendliness and making you feel welcome

This is our second stay here. The staff service is exceptional and the rooms are gorgeous. Very clean and excellent value for money. The only thing that would make it even better is if it was on the beach, but the shuttle bus to their private beach was great. Kids' club activities were amazing, too.

Staff were amazing, so kind and attentive - you can't find that level of hospitality and service in Europe. Hotel was great, amenities also, restaurants and food rich in offer and taste, all in all it was a great experience. So happy that you can light a cigar at the pool bar and enjoy many, many great tasting cocktails. Also Tony at the bar was amazing!

A beautiful hotel in a very peaceful location with idyllic pools, a gym, spa, sauna, steam room and kids’ club. The staff are so attentive and friendly, and we loved the complimentary activities - such as stand-up paddle board yoga! The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with so many options. Go to Tanah Liat for beautiful seafood, Backstage Theatre restaurant for casual meals (and generous portions) and Atomic 17 for poolside snacks and cocktails — 2 for 1 happy hour is 5-7pm. Take advantage of the free shuttle to the beach club (which is pristine and beautiful).

The staff were pretty annoying with trying to get you to buy into the vacation club. It was non stop.

Rooms were large and lovely. Breakfast was great. I liked that the kids club had different things everyday. My son particularly enjoyed the crab hunting. The hotel also had activities included for adults to join eg yoga, dance, water aerobics etc

The only thing missing from this beautiful resort is like a wet weather hangout with activities - not the bar but somewhere family friendly to play games etc. only the kids club seems to have this.
