Very friendly staff.

There was no hot water in both our rooms' bathrooms. Rooms are quite old. Breakfast only envisage pancakes. The location is good, 10 mins walking from the beach but one needs to cross a motorway; especially at night, where there are no light it might be tricky. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was no electricity nor water (for just an hour or so) and a key was not working properly.

The location is good, just few minutes walking to the beach and the main roads. The room is big and the guys of the staff are very nice and helpful. You can rent the scooter there for a cheap price.

You have to count that you will share the room with a few geckos: for me it was not a problem, but consider it if you don't like these animals. The room and bathroom have always a bad smell, not sure what is the source and the bathroom is quite old and definitely can be improved. The water provision is not always the best, since it relies on a water tank that a couple of times was empty, with the result of having no water. Internet is not the best.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Shower is hot and powerful, bed is very comfortable and AC was great. It is also a great location. Close to the main centre but far enough away to be quiet. 2 mins into town on a scooter. We will stay here again next time we visit Kuta!

Some soap would be nice in the bathroom to wash hands and use in shower.

Comfortable stay and clean, AC worked well, it is as described. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was very tasty!

The room itself could be a bit more maintained.

The staff is amazing even when they don't speak English they try to help you in any way, one of them speaks English and gave us really great tips on where to eat and what to do! The structure is close to a really great beach

It is very simple and it can get little humid, keep in mind there is no hot water, but it is okay as it's very hot. Also there was not a top sheet but only the one covering the mattress, anyway we asked and the staff provided it so it's all good :)

Room was spacious and private. Nice green garden. Really good banana pancakes in the morning. Nice common area for chill

The fitted sheet of the bed was not big enough and was moving during the night. They should buy bigger ones that fit better

The stuff is really helpful and friendly, especially Ili. Since I couldn’t drive any motorbike, and Grab/Gojek aren’t working there, they gave me a lift whenever I have asked them to. The location of the homestay is good, close to Kita Beach and Mandalika shops, and restaurants.

The shower water was cold, but they do have hot water in the biggest rooms. They offered me to upgrade paying a very small difference but I was fine, the cold water was good with hot weather after all.

the location is quiet, room is spacious. just the toilet is a bit smelly but still manageably clean. probably just the water tank or the old wall. the price is super cheap too so i dont mind. their banana pancake is good! the staff is also very helpful and friendly. they have bike rental 70k per day

The staff is very attentive, all my requests were met with kindness and effort. The room was made very neatly, and there is calm ambiance in the place which made me feel happy to return home after a day out.

Had the most amazing time staying at Relaxing Homestay, hot water, comfy bed, easy communication, perfect location and great and helpful hosts! Would recommend 10/10 and would come back to stay here!

Personal was willing to solve problems.

The bathroom wasn't clean at all. There were stains over shower walls, sink and toilet were dirty. But the worst surprise came after first night when we woke up to our belonging being swarmed by hundreds of ants. Even though we had no food inside, they were in my backpack, boots, clothes, bathroom and bed. We got another appartment after the incident and bug spray to use on doors if needed but second night was okay (the bathroom was dirty in second appartment too).

Very nice place. Big room, nice balcony with view in the garden and very quiet! Also not so far from the center.

There was not any options in the breakfast. But the pancakes was very tasty!

AC barley worked

This accomodation was very nice and clean. It was close to the centre, 5 minutes walking. The owner was very helpful. We could rent a motorbike and do the laundry there. Breakfast was very delicious.

The drain stank little bit during the night.

I really like this place because it is not too noisy with the crowd besides that the road access is also good, the location is in the center of the crowd but not noisy with the crowd of motorbikes passing by. besides that the staff and manager are very helpful with what we need during our stay there. they work together to make their guests comfortable to stay in their place

There was absolutely nothing relaxing about this place, very dirty, broken toilet, dirty bathroom
