The dirtiest hotel room I ever used, blankets and pillows were dirty and smelly. Towels are old and look dirty.

AC could work better - was pretty old if you have window by the street, it is pretty noisy, but thats normal in asia

The room size, lighting and the cleanliness were poor. Lift is crampy if you are traveling with luggage. The AC inside the room is not good. Moreover all the rooms are similar so the upgrade is also not attractive.

location is near the central landmarks and eating places. If you have less time and want not to waste time in traffic while touring maximum number of must to see places, then this site is good. Staff support is excellent and they will always receive you with smile on their faces.

It says in the website when I booked the room there is kettle for boiling water , but it wasn't. The internet very bad , I had to use my own internet from my mobile which is costing a lot of money . The staff are nice and friendly

I booked this hotel primarily because of its proximity to the BNI city train station, and for a one-night stay, the price was quite affordable. However, it's essential to manage expectations accordingly. In my opinion, the pictures and online ratings seemed a bit overestimated. Nonetheless, considering the convenience and the reasonable price, it served its purpose for a short stay

The hotel has great location - close to market, café, restaurant and Sky bar :D so for short stay it is absolutely fine. However the room is really small and with basic equipment.

There was no availability to pay with a card. The bed was too big, it was almost as big as the room. There was almost no room left to put my luggage. The room was dark as there was no window.

Size of room, double bed only just fitted in even though we had booked a standard double room, more like a budget single room. Walls filthy. Starting to feel if we book via booking.com we will always get the worst room. WiFi not good in rooms.

The location and the price of the hotel's room if you booked early was amazing. Walking distance to Bundaran Hotel Indonesia and Jalan Sudirman. Easy access to public transport. Near Dukuh Atas MRT Station and Sudirman Station (MRT) and BNI Station (Airport Train). Easy for find out ATM and food. Book early for the bargain.
