We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PolandAll depends what was expected - looking for great location, local food, shopping malls, hot water or free bottle of water this option is for you. If looking for just clean, cosy room think 2x or 3x. In my room noisy fridge stands next to bed, room was dirty, sheets was dramatic dirty. Room size 2x2m. Probably never again. This is low Asia standard, far away from EU 1 star.

No duvets were provided, only very thin, old blankets. quality of sleep decreases In particular, the size of the room was 1/3 the size of the actual reservation information! IndonesiaThe pictures and descriptions are totally fake!!! it said that the rooms are 215ft2 but the fact it was only half of them. There was no spacious room like what in the pictures!!! I asked for cancellation since I felt trapped but nothing the staff could do since Reddoors policy didn’t let me refund it. Think twice if spacious room is your concern. tips: the rooms in the corners are smaller. Ask for room in the middle if you want to have extra width 50cm.

Every single bed sheet had stains all over. Bathroom was really dirty and full of bugs. Wifi didn’t work in the room. Location was in an unsafe area. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else

FranceThe receptionnist was not commercial, they ask us to paid more for come in the room (the room was ready) before 2pm (was 11 am) first time one hotel ask me that, its totally incorrect to ask that to your customers. Photo absolutly fake Really hold hotel : sheet and towels hold like the hotel, time to change it... Only the floor was clean, all the other part really dirty (frige, wall, bathroom, furniture) Have to paid deposit for something we don t know Receptionnist don t speak english...
