Near to Malang train station. Personnel is kind and supportive. Very good and cheap option to rest few hours when coming to Malang the same day for visiting Bromo overnight.

United KingdomSo so run down, filthy rooms, shower was about 3 and a half feet high, I was struggling to shower and I’m only 5ft. The rooms had a weird smell and also felt damp. Our room specifically had a random door to the street which did not feel secure at all. The lights were never on in reception/lobby area which just made it feel unwelcoming, cold, and just not a pleasant place to be as it was dark no matter what the time was. I Understand that it is extremely cheap, but having been in Indonesia now for two months, and all our hotels being within this budget, it is really poor quality in comparison and I wouldn’t recommend nor stay again.

United StatesFirst I hate to say it but the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The hotel has a lot of charm but it’s unfortunately very run down with water stains, peeling paint and mold in the bathroom. The bedrooms are okay but the bathrooms need some work.
You can’t beat the location and the staff were very helpful. Five minutes walking to the train station and 10mins to the colorful town. The rooms on the second floor seem to be in better shape than the first. The staff was very accommodating when I asked to switch rooms. Lowest price I saw in the area!

New ZealandThe place definitely needs some TLC. It was clearly once a grand place, and has been left to decay, and would be great with some renovations. While it was mostly clean enough in our room, my partner did open the non-operating fridge and saw mouldy food.
Huge room. Good location (walkable from train station and cheap eats on the station side). Nice staff. And good value for money.

GermanyThe furniture and the whole place seems pretty old. We got a room next to the street first. It was really noisy because it is close to a big street. Furthermore it smelled like an old cellar and was dirty. We got to change the room when we asked and the other one was definitely more quiet and not as smelly anymore. It was still dirty though, epecially the bathroom.
The location is nice - if you don't get a room next to the street.

United StatesI was assigned a room that had noisy cockroaches behind the bed that kept me awake, I had to request a move to another room as I couldn’t sleep. The new room also had cockroaches but not right beside my bed so I put up with it for the night. There was a dead spider in the bedsheets. All the furniture and bathroom fittings were old and need to be replaced.
