I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful jungle villa in Ubud. From the moment we arrived, the family made us feel so welcome – they were incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, and spotlessly clean. Every detail was well thought out, and they provided us with everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ubud!

Not a dislike, but just an FYI for those with limited mobility; the property is nestled on a hill. It has multiple sets of stairs, so it may not be easy to navigate.

Clean, beautiful setting, lush garden, big bedrooms and bathrooms, open air kitchen to enjoy family meals in between activities. The location is outside Ubud center (20-30 minute drive depending on traffic), it’s quiet and dark at night - which I like because I’m not much into nighttime entertainment. There are 2-3 restaurants nearby, within 10 minutes of walking, but the area is very dark at night, be sure to have your phone or flashlight. There’s a laundry shop a block away, which was convenient before I packed my clothes home, because Ubud was exceptionally rainy during our stay and my clothes couldn’t dry 100% in the humidity. Mr. Wayan, the owner, is wonderful; he’s responsive and helpful when we realized we needed some additional things or information. He also offers transportation for hire, which I wished I had known. In short, I highly recommend Tabeng Private Villa.

Tabeng Private Villa was perfect for us. Location was good to get around and still close to downtown. Tabeng was very helpful. The rooms were huge and could easily accommodate a larger family or group. We enjoyed the little lounge room for some downtime.

Everything was amazing. The manager was so helpful. He provided us with everything we needed it for our stay. Very comfortable and spacious villa. Beds were super comfortable. Beautiful decoration. The location was just a few minutes from Ubud town. I loved everything. Wayan and his son were amazing. He can also provide transportation shock is amazing his car is very comfortable as well

This was by far the best villa we stayed in! Our group of four had an incredible time here. The villa is spacious, with a stunning pool and thoughtful details in every corner. Wayan and his family provided exceptional support, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, Mr. Tabeng was really nice to us and you can even discuss with him options of half or full day of driving you around Ubud. We loved the pool and the jungle view. The villa is in good location with couple of restaurants and small shop nearby.

We like everything about the Villa. 1. The place is exactly like what was featured, in fact much better than the picture. 2. Host was extremely helpful, friendly and provided all the necessities required including ensuring mineral water is provided in the bathroom for brushing teeth. 3. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms that are beautifully done and equipped. Bonus.. Water pressure is very good. 4. The villa is very comfortable and design to respect privacy for the occupants in each room. 5.Pak Tabeng, the owner is also very concerned about our safety and provides transportation services to ensure we (family of all ladies) are safe 6. Pak Tabeng being a local, is very well versed with history of Bali, places to visit, etc. We decided to have Pak Tabeng accompany us for our day trip around Ubud. 7. We definitely plan to come back to Ubud and stay at Tabeng Villa again. 8. Location is excellent. 9. Highly recommend Tabeng Villa and Pak Tabeng's services. Great value, with resort level hospitality. Thank you for being a great host!

No housekeeping. No towel change (no pool towels). Tough entry and exit to the pool (deep steps). Couch not comfortable.

Beautiful villa, bedrooms and setting. Bedrooms spacious. Brand new. Great AC. Good deep pool.

Some black mould in showers and in photo frames in the living room.

Loved the facilities and the views. The villa is nice and secluded and gave us a nice calm break from the business of the populated areas.
