Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PortugalI stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I ended up leaving early because there were too many issues. The internet didn’t work at all during my stay, and the electricity went out several times, I counted at least five outages in just two days. The bathroom in my room was very dirty, and there was even a hole in the ceiling where cockroaches managed to get in more than once. I also didn’t have any bedsheets or a blanket provided, which made it really uncomfortable. But overall, the condition of the room didn’t match the pictures online, and the basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance just weren’t there.
The room had air conditioning, which was a relief. The location is actually quite good, and the staff were polite. However, they didn't speak much English, so using Google Translate is necessary.

United KingdomWe only had a mattress cover. There was no blanket only pillows. The pictures are not what you are offered. We had no toilet paper or any soap.
Was a good location for shopping and seeing a few sights. The staff were lovely. Set up the TV and air con when we arrived. Bareable for a night or two. You deffinatly get what you pay for here.
