Wow this place. We spend four nights and never wanted to leave. The vibes are fantastic, the staff is so sweet and attentive, the food is so tasty and varied and the rooms are stunning. We did yoga, had a massage, tried the sauna and cold bath and all was perfect. We also did a very informative and fun latte art class with Bagus which was one of the highlights of our Indonesia trip. Totally recommended - do not miss this gem!!

All staff were so welcoming and kind. Rooms were amazing, pool was amazing, food and drinks from the bar was amazing and the free breakfast with a coffee, cold pressed juice and breakfast meal was a great start to the day. The day spa massages absolutely exceptional. We loved rascals and will definitely be back.

When we was there our room have problem with the water from the room upstairs it is not in the bed room but when you at the outdoor bathroom you still can see water drop like a rain from the ceiling and i guess it is water from the bathroom upstairs.

Rascals was the absolute highlight of our vacation—we absolutely loved it. During our stay, I had an unfortunate scooter accident and couldn’t walk long distances. The team went above and beyond to support me, even providing a crutch to help me get around. I’m so grateful for their kindness and care—thank you again! The hotel itself is impressive. The food is majestic, the atmosphere relaxed, the pool is the main attraction, and the little spa, sauna, and massages add a classy touch that makes it feel like the ideal getaway. Our room was spacious, and we were blown away by the outdoor bathroom, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a beautifully maintained and spotless property, with attentive staff who are genuinely lovely to talk to. I would definitely come back

Rooms are a bit outdated. No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms. We did not have warm water a couple of times. Allocated rooms were next to a construction side (extension of the hotel). We were not informed about this prior to arrival or on check in.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great pool area. Fantastic food. Amazing spa. Walking distance to Kuta center. Friendly staff. Great coffees.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. This was our first stay in Lombok and when we arrived after a very long journey we immediately felt relaxed and wowed by the lovely room, pool areas and restaurant. The location is great as so close to everything in Kuta, but very peaceful. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the massages amazing! The breakfast is also delicious, with many choices all freshly prepared. We really loved our stay, thank you!

This was our third visit to Rascals. It’s such a fabulous place to relax or a base to explore with gorgeous gardens, two lovely pools, an excellent restaurant and bar. We loved the cocktails and the food was delicious. The rooms are so comfortable with huge beds and lovely outdoor bathrooms. We had a massage almost every day as thru were so good. The staff at Rascals made our stay so great, they’re so friendly and welcoming.

Restaurant menu and yoga program accessible via QR code in the restaurant. This information would have been great in a compendium in our room.

We loved the perfect blend of traditional architecture and modern comfort. Our room was beautifully decorated and offered a lovely view of the pool, set amidst a lush tropical garden. The breakfast was fantastic, and every meal we had from the restaurant was equally impressive. This little oasis, tucked down a quiet lane just off the lively main street, felt like a true escape. Absolutely perfect.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have good sleep during the stay. Our back and neck hurt becoz of the extremely soft mattress and the high pillow.I believe that the American will like it. Frankly not for us. Rest of all other in the hotel was absolutely amazing! basically 10/10

The staff are exceptional, so friendly and genuine. The actual hotel is gorgeous, easily the nicest one we have stayed in in Indonesia. We never wanted to leave to explore because we were enjoying being around the hotel so much! Special thank you to Bagus and Noura for being so warm and lovely. The staff were very freindly and polite, our room and facilities were fantastic. We particularly liked the outdoor shower and swimming pool. This is a boutique hotel which ensures that you never feel crowded. We will recommend it to any of our friends travelling to Lombok.
