AustraliaPool chairs being saved for hours with no one there, just people laying towels on them and as there are only a few in the sun I think this needs to be monitored abit better.
Modern with a traditional vibe. Pool area was stunning and great for the kids. Everything you need was right at your finger tips. Gym, laundry, m mart just outside. Variety of restaurants in the resort as well as being able to walk out to the streets and have many many options as well. Very central to Kutas amazing chaos, yet quiet in the resort. Planning our next visit!

AustraliaCons: • Hotel advertised as a 5 star but really it should be 3 star • No offering of welcome drink upon arrival • Rooms- didn't offer face wash towels or hand towels. • Tea facilities were limited • Room looked nice at night but in morning it could be seen it was dirty, shower had lots of mould, sink filthy, small bugs around room everywhere. • Lighting in room is poor making it hard to see at night

United KingdomThe only thing I didn’t like about the property was with regards to the check in. It clearly says 1400 and we were there for 1350. By the time we got someone to help us with our luggage and got our keys it was almost 1500hrs. An hour wait just to check in a star hotel is unimaginable. You should clearly be looking into this and stop people waiting in the lobby especially when they have travelled far and want to rest provided they have turned up well within the check in time.
Everything was really good about the property. The facilities in the property itself, the location of the property could not be better. A good gym, swimming pool, spa with an amazing environment. The restaurant in the property was excellent with really good food.

United Kingdom5 star doesn’t feel like a 5 star. Our room was basic, we stayed in a few 5 star hotels in Bali, but this one feels like a standard room on a 3-4 stars hotel. Upon arrival, they didn’t ask for a deposit, later on when we had to request for laundry, we had to pay on the front desk and had to pick up heavy bags of laundry- the next time we had this service, they assisted us with carrying it so I dont understand on which occasion they should assist? Sometimes room service takes a LOOONG TIME. I am mostly understanding during a busy season and staff attending to all guest, but for a spoon and fork, took a few HOURS?????. Anyway, it was a decent stay, but there are more other 5 star hotels who would be much more better.
Centrally located, 30min driver from airport, near kuta beach and local shops. Spa was great. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Everything about the property was exceptionally good. Courteous staff , facilities, food and cleanliness. We could find no fault with the property. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Bali

The location is very strategic, the beach is just around the corner. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The resort is just so beautiful. There's also carpark in the basement, in case you have a car.
