Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomReally quiet and clean, hosts are super friendly. The twin bed is quite small so it you are choosing a twin room it’s a fairly small bed with not much rolling about space. Additionally the duvet is Uber small too so just keep that in mind. But all in all a pleasant stay

Taiwanif you want a hair dryer they don’t provide it in the room. you have to go ask for it first. I realized too late🥲 it’s a natural place so some bugs in the room is common. maybe the bathroom can be brighter?
the owner and staff are so so nice. very happy to help you. they lent me the adaptor!! the atmosphere of this place and the traditional architecture make me feel calm.

NetherlandsUnfortunately there were a lot of dogs barking around the homestay and there were little ants in the headboard of the bed. We just slept on the other side of the bed which was fine. Also the WiFi was not very stable.
I felt very welcome to this homestay. We ask to rent a scooter and they helped us getting one. Also the location is perfect to drive around with the scooter.

IndonesiaI was a bit concerned as I didn't have transport, however Jaya was incredible and gave me a lift when needed. Then I discovered scheduling Go Jek which was perfect
This is one of the most loveliest families ever! They are so helpful and kind. As a solo traveler I was welcomed to chat in the evenings and I loved seeing the children practicing their dances. Keliki is a beautiful village, and the home is a 10 minute walk to Akasha - which is worth a visit. I got to meet lots of the locals and you can visit the painting school where children are trained in the traditional painting, which originates in keliki. Also I received the most delicious breakfast, made by a lovely neighbour, including morenga grown in the garden. As it's outside Ubud, if you don't have a scooter I discovered to schedule 'Go Jek' in advance (an hour or so) works well. I recommend staying to experience a true flavour of Bali

IndonesiaIt was hard to live in the room. The room smelled kind of rotten and looked "tired", it was unpleasant to stay there. What's more, when we entered to room, we saw a lot of ants coming down from the ceiling and walking all over the walls and the room. We asked for the repellent and applied it, but we couldn't stay in the room for 2-3 hours because of it. When we came back, we saw two big and almost dead roaches on the floor (the room was closed) The location is interesting as well: both roads going from Ubud had a lot of ups and downs, hills and turns, but at the same time there was almost no light in the evening. so basically you are either driving at your own risk in the dark or you just stay inside after sunset. Basically, we realised that it is hard to stay inside and at the same time hard to go anywhere in the evening, so we left the hotel after the first night and decided not to stay for the whole period that was booked
The area and the guesthouse a quiet enough, nobody and nothing woke us up without our will. The view from the window was nice! And the Tegalalang terraces were really close! The owners were nice and helpful
