There was a pungent smell in the room which could not be explained. It seems like it came from the bathroom.

The property was clean, well located and I had access to everything that I needed. The restaurant and bar provide exceptional service- the food and drinks were amazing too.

The rooms and some facilities needs some regular maintenance (doors, windows etc..) poor finishing works, ok for the prices we paid. When we arrived they assigned us a room facing the back, with a balacony not accessible and facing another rundown building wall...we decided to upgrade the room, facing the pool, with a balcony, it was much better. For 3 or 4 days we could not even watch the TV because it works with internet and it kept freezing, however and lady during breakfast asked us if everything was alright in the room, so i highlighted the tv issue, and they fixed it. Some rooms have an old wall controller of the AC

The facility is quiet old so they do need a bit of maintenance. And im assuming the pipes are tiny so u can't flush your toilet paper. If that takes away from the experience little then dont book in seminyak. I think its a thing in this area as I didn't find that in canggu with newer builds.

The idea is to offer a quiet place to rest away from the hustle of bali and it did just that. Most of the rooms overlook the pool which is a nice view. The breakfast had a lot of variety. And they really do care to make Ur stay as comfortable as possible with pple asking u if everything is OK in the rooms. I think the windows are sound proof enough but the walls are questionable. Room service is good.

Not much to complain about. The bed was a bit hard and needed a topper. The pool needed more lounges at the deeper end. Not all of us are parents with children.

Breakfast was great. The room and balcony were a great size with room to move about. Although the bed was a bit hard and could do with a topper to soften it. The pool was excellent in size but could do with more lounges at the deeper end. Dining was excellent with a great menu and view of the pool area. Would happily recommend this property as we loved our stay.

A bit far from the beach and seminyak square. But location is quiet and safe.

Service is impeccable and very friendly. Swimming pool is very big but a bit in the shade. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we had. Very family oriented.

Rooms were noisy, thin walls and there was some construction next door making noise each morning. Rooms looking a little tired now and ready for a refurb.

Location is a short taxi to main area, so it’s quiet in the day. A nice simple little resort style hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’ve been here a few times over the last ten years and it’s stayed consistent.

Booking.com has this place listed with a kids club. This most definitely is NOT the case. There is a very tiny “Kid’s Corner” with very little in it. If you had to kill half an hour with a 2 year old this might suffice. It is unsupervised. Location was too far from pretty much anything. We like to walk but this was at least 1km before you got to civilisation. No restaurants. No cafes. No bars. Nothing. Got one day warning before they cut water to the whole place from 11am-9pm for maintenance. Most expensive beers on the whole island. No joke. We went to many beach clubs, restaurants and bars and the 78k+ is by far the most expensive. Get your own beers and bring them back. Mixed up our bar/restaurant tab so our nanny had to pay the bill out of her own pocket. Accused us of damaging TV upon checkout. This is a nice 3 star set out of town away the conveniences that Seminyak has on offer. Not a 4 star.

We needed a 3 bedroom setup as we were travelling with 3 kids. Very few places that are reasonably priced could accomodate us. This ticked the box while still technically in Seminyak. Pool was good. Buffet breakfast was good and was included. Restaurant was pretty extensive and not too expensive (except for beers). Staff were great aside from a couple mixups.

BREAKFAST WAS OK . CLOSES SHARP AT 10:30 . SERVED COLD FOOD & EVEN ON REQUEST NOTHING WAS SERVED AFTER 10:30 AM. WASHROOMS TOO CRAMPED UP. TOWELS WORN OUT AND NOT UPTO THE STANDARDS. 2 SINGLE MATTRESS ON A DOUBLE BED WHICH DID NOT HELP IN A COMFORTABLE SLEEP. SERVES NO FREE WATER OUTSIDE THE ROOM.

The behavior of the reception staff, only one staff the remaining team were really great. Also the breakfast was basic not meeting all the guests requirements internationally. I stayed on the hotel 6 years back and the breakfast was really nice compared to my recent stay

Shower was cold. One of the cleaning guy stole money from our wallet (we forgot to put things in the safe). Not much but we reported it to the lobby and the hotel gave us a free ride to the airport as compensation. Good staff despite this incident.
