The drains in the bathroom basin and shower drain need to be maintained between each visit. Staff attended to my blocked drains quickly. I understand it is not a new property and I understand Balinese plumbing, so drains just need a little more maintenance. The staff need to wipe the rubber ring in the washing machine after visitors leave and also leave the washing machine door and washing detergent dispenser slightly open so that the grey rubber ring doesn't grow mould. I wiped mould from mine out myself, but forgot to bring it to the attention of the Manager. I understand this is an international problem, but easy to fix! Possibly scrub the corners of the shower recess a bit more, due to constant humidity. Overall the rooms and property are well maintained. Staff are always happy to assist.

The rooms have everything I need to be comfortable. The rooms, pool area, reception and activity areas are well maintained. Staff are really nice and welcoming and always happy to rectify any issues. I like the location as it suits me being able to walk to most places, or take a short taxi ride etc. The gardens are lovely.

The ensuite basin mixer was stiff and hard to operate, and didn't drain properly. But the main disappointment was the restaurant next door. Not sure if it is associated with the hotel, but it is very average.

Lovely small boutique hotel on a main road in Seminyak (although we did not hear too much noise). Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and shower, and great facilities (fridge, washing machine, water filter machine). Beautiful day bed outside to relax, pool area had comfortable seating and towels. Whenever I requested something, it was efficiently provided for (e.g. ice, glasses).

Quiet oasis. Staff are all excellent and very nice. Pool is tranquil and relaxing. Great grocery store across the street. I stayed and extra week.

Fantastic stay, friendly staff and excellent facilities. I loved our private terrace and the layout of the rooms. The pool was so relaxing and it was great to have a spa on the property.

There was nothing we didnt like.

What a beautiful little oasis. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, from the spacious, comfortable, clean rooms to the friendly staff. It is on a busy street with lots of restaurants and cafes close by but the rooms are set back off the street so that you hear no street noise. The pool is crystal clear and the gardens and flowers are beautifully maintained. We are so happy we found this hotel and will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was in good condition, clean and with the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was a parking space for the car, which was great. Location also strategic, we walked around seminyak from here.

The pool was not private from staff and workers

The location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on a popular street. The staff were amazing, lots of smiles and always willing to help. The bedroom was spacious, we travelled with a child, and she slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was great.

Whilst there is a phone in the room, there is no way to contact reception. Had to ring them via my mobile.

This property is in a convenient location. The 2 bedroom suite is perfect for us and we have stayed many times (when it is available). It is opposite one of our all time favourite restaurants so is perfect. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The location, cleanliness and comfort, they even prepared a baby cot in my room knowing i’m with infant. Very friendly staffs. Overall we are vert happy with the stay. Dont want to miss to mention on Buka restaurant was also yummy!

What can I possibly say about this property. We stayed for 2 days but didn't have to ask them for anything including drinking water because they had literally arranged for everything in the room. The hotel had every facility,the bed was super comfy.Special mention to the staff there.They were super nice. If I ever come back, I will stay for more days. Thank you Rama Residence.
