I had to extend my stay by one day because of a health issue, and they asked closed to double price compared to what i paid in booking. the next morning with my big surprise breakfast was not included !

The lift has an automatic fragrance spray inside that was so strong and unnecessary. We would use the stairs for this reason.

We loved the room, so much space and accommodated our family with 4 children in the one space where not many hotels can. There was a king bed plus two fold out sofa beds. Quiet roof top pool, great location, close to the beach. Lovely restaurant.

I couldn't stay longer.

Staff were wonderful. Pool was perfect. Bed was comfortable and room was spotless. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Beach is nearby. Very quiet at night.

There was nothing not to like. I will stay there again next year.

My previous review summed up many aspects. All fantastic. Our breakfasts were included in the price for this stay and the choices are wide and excellent. Choices include selection from the a la carte menu as well as buffet options. Coffee was very good. We also had lunch and dinner at the motel; both were inexpensive and delicious. Rooftop pool has ocean view, cabanas with large sunbeds, as well as pool lounges, a bar and very helpful and attentive staff. Laundry facilities operate by tokens obtained from reception; the machines are easy to use and detergent is included. Motel room was excellent as were room attendants. Staff throughout the motel are super helpful and very kind.

Loved everything.

What's not to love. I can't wait to go back. The staff - wonderful. The rooms - lovely. The dining areas and meals, drinks etc - superb. Rooftop pool, with ocean view and cabanas - perfect. Assistance with taxi bookings and tours etc - incredibly helpful. I wan't to go back.

Nothing!

This was a repeat visit for us to Rama residence. Last time we stayed for 3 nights and this time stayed longer. The location is excellent. Near to beach, shops and restaurants. We booked a one bedroom suite this time and loved having the extra room. We were in 301 and it was in a good spot as doesn’t afternoon sun on the balcony. The staff are professional but friendly. The hotel is very clean and we noticed that maintenance is an ongoing process which shows in the well maintained rooms and pool area. The pool is clean and there’s a selection of areas to relax. This hotel is definitely a good choice for couples or families with older children. The restaurant sells a really good selection of food ( both western and Indonesian). They also have a great afternoon tea selection which we’re able to use as was included in our room rate. The bed was comfy, there are robes and slippers in each room, the one bedroom suites have 2 tvs and 2 toilets. The kitchen area is basic but works for anyone wanting to self cater. The fridge is a full size with done freezer space. There’s also unlimited drinking water available in each room which is a bonus.

For us it's like home from home, the staff are like family, they treat you like royalty. And the rooftop pool is great for relaxing, without all the traffic noise. The rooms are large and comfortable and always kept clean.

The breakfast could be improved. The baked goods were mostly stale and the menu items are a bit limited. It would also be better if the juices were fresh.
