The rooms are very spacious, the owner is very nice and accommodating especially that we had some issues. The dogs next door barked madly loudly during the night and that made impossible to sleep but they moved us to another room and we could not hear it that loudly. We will definitely return if back in Ubud. We do recommend it.

Just slightly annoying that the air con unit overflow dripped into the shower area all the time the air con was on - constant dripping was difficult to then not hear.

The hosts had thought of everything. Room was very spacious (feels a bit odd saying it was maybe a bit too on the large side). Fridge, TV and air con. Balcony for fresh air Swimming pool with a couple of loungers too. Parking in shade for scooters too.

    Nothing that I didn't like

Before even arriving Ezra contacted me to see if I needed help with my arrival. Check in was smooth and all the staff were so welcoming. The room was spotless with a fully stocked mini bar and snacks priced very reasonably. The bed was comfy and the pillows even more so (had the best night sleep on those memory foam pillows!) Theres a small, clean refreshing pool and the property is set back from the main road so not too noisy. Only 10 bike to the centre of Ubud but close by there are some mini marts and nice places to eat or grab a coffee. At the front is a wood carving shop and honestly the craftsmanship was beautiful, I purchased a few bits on checkout. Overall I felt very well looked after and even extended my original stay as it was great value for money. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to stay just outside Ubud centre.
