Size of the room. Location was good for getting an early ferry the next morning. Bed was very comfortable and sheets smelled and felt freshly cleaned. Shower was powerful, hot and a great size.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, we arrived much earlier in the day for check in and they prepared the room for us quickly. A simple little room with good aircon and a comfy bed. Very quiet location, nice little pool area that I relaxed by for the day.

The plumbing needs some maintenance, the vanity bowl didn’t drain well.

Very clean, comfort, close to anywhere if you have a motorbike to stroll around Sanur. Friendly owner and staff and they provide breakfast with reasonable price. Spacious room and lots of flowers and plants around the rooms.

This was a great place to stay. Nice room, with a beautiful garden and pool area. Despite the area being extremely busy, Rai House was quiet and serene. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

The room was quite dim but was good overall. Good location to sanur jetty to catch my boat.

Friendly owner but it is fully equipped with the basic necessities. They didn't have a hairdryer in the room but I asked and they had it at the counter :) I also enjoyed the pool area!

The room seems very humid. Room was hot when we arrive late at night because the AC was off. The room seems clean however I didn’t really like the smell of the comforter they have smell kind of moldy. There was a black bug in our comforter. The bathroom smell moldy. The bathroom seems like they haven’t clean it in ages. The shower head is very dirty and has a lot of black/green residue in the shower head.

You get whatever value you actually pay for. Owner Rai welcome us when we arrived late at night. Property is close to some fast food chain. There were cute dogs in the property saw them early in the morning lol

The wifi would randomly cut out at times which made video calls challenging. It was a good 20+ min walk to get to the main beach areas of Sanur and crossing that busy road was always a dice for my life! Sometimes other guests could be noisy and there were some dogs barking/crying at night (+ roosters) in the neighbourhood (not the guesthouse's fault though!) so I needed earplugs to sleep (but not unusual for Bali). I'm just nit-picking though because I really enjoyed my stay here!

Rai and the other staff were always friendly and spoke excellent English! The little pool/garden area was lovely and peaceful. My room was cleaned beautifully every day. The aircon was super quiet and worked really well. Nothing was too much trouble, including organising my laundry! It's also possible to leave your luggage at reception after checking out which was really convenient. This guesthouse is excellent value for money and very clean! It's my favourite guesthouse so far!

We got picked up at the airport after midnight and driven to the property. The room and space was very nice and everyone very friendly… wish I could have stayed more than one night!

In general, it met the expectations vs money

The owner is very friendly and helped me with the tour, provided me with a bicycle and gave me several recommendations. The room is spacious, has a clear view for the sunset and is relatively close to the beach, 15 minutes walk.

The kitchen wasn't clean and the shower was only warm when it was on a slow setting (not a huge issue). The aircon didn't work all that well either.

Very friendly hosts! Huge room, very clean on arrival, bathroom was massive! Towels and bedding all clean and soap provided. The garden area around the pool is gorgeous and very peaceful at night. Fruit and local snacks are left out for guest to enjoy and there was a flask of hot water available to make hot drinks too.

Just the shower was a bit unpredictable with pressure/hot water, everything else was perfect!
